Publishing paid application on Android market - android

I need to publish a paid Android application. This means that the application is not free for download, payment is required before the user can download.
Can anyone help with the steps that I need to follow to achieve this?

Android's official site has all the explanations.

Have you read the Android Market help on the topic? It seems pretty exhaustive...
If you have any specific issues, it would help if you published them here to get the right answer.
If you are not eligible for a Google Merchant Account, you might consider hiring a proxy company.

How to publish your android studio apk on internet for free?

I have finished my project and I want to publish it on the internet. I have tried Google Playstore as well as different publishers, but I need to pay 25$ for a licence. Is there any free alternative.
Thanks in advance <3
There are alot of alternatives . I would recommend Amazon app store. But Google's play store is worth it. Since it's just one time payment unlike apple store

License application android to unlock usefull

I would like to implement a license system in my Android application, have you any idea about this system?
I think a file crypted contains informations about licence?
Thank you.
I think, you should have a look at the Google Play Billing feature, which can give you the possibility to charge user for one time purchase, monthly subscription or yearly subscription. You can see exemplary usages in the official Google/Android repository here: https://github.com/android/play-billing-samples. As far as I know, this is the most common practice to unlock app features or charge users for the "full version" of your app and it's integrated with the Android OS.
I don't want use GooglePlay services, i share the apk by my personnal link.

How to reply to comments in Android Market?

As a developer, sometimes we get comments about our apps in the Android market. I hate being unable to find a way to respond back to my customers. Is there a way to reply back to the comments in the Android market?
If yes, Google should really make more obvious to us developers!
Sounds like Google has now given the ability for some developers to begin adding responses to comments within Google Play. Unfortunately, it is only to Google's "Top Developers"; hopefully, the ability will be extended to all developers soon. Read more here.
Here is the original Google link.
No
Update:
Yes, please check Jon's and other's answer.
Below is the outdated answer but you can still use some of the ideas.
There is no such function, an alternative way to do that would be adding a feedback function directly in the app and send the message via email or HTTP post back to the developer.
While implementing the feedback system, consider a thread-like conversation with a user if your project is big enough.
You can even use a webview to avoid extra coding in the app and set the webview to a comment page.
this is no longer impossible .
according to many articles, google has allowed ALL developers to reply to users' comments (ratings) .
example :
http://www.droid-life.com/2013/01/09/google-adds-ability-for-all-developers-to-reply-to-comments-in-play-store/
however , i've checked it today , and i can't find out how to do it . i've searched on both the play store website and the developer console website .
can anyone find how to reply to users' comments ?
It looks like this is in the pipeline, being deployed to some developers as of the time of posting: Google Play will allow Android Developers to reply to customer feedback.
Edit 16 Apr 2013: I can now reply to comments on my own app, as of several weeks ago. So either the rollout has continued steadily and recently touched me, or it's now available to everyone.
You can reply direct on Google Play Console, GPC API or AppFollow.io API.

Company Registration in Android Market

Sorry, the question is not programming related but I have nowhere else to ask, I asked in android help center and support without any responses.
What do I need to open a company account in Android Market? I want my company to be seen as seller. How will they authenticate the company, what documents do I need to supply to the market?
Thanks
Ok, so here is the official answer I got from the Android Team :
Thanks for writing in. At the moment,
we only support merchants in certain
locations, and we're working hard to
add more. If you are legally able to
do business in one of the supported
countries and otherwise satisfy the
Google Checkout terms of service for
that country, you may register as a
merchant for that country. Please
check here for the most up-to-date
list of supported merchant locations:

You have to create a Google Checkout account
If you sign up as a developer, you get the option to add your business details by signing up for a checkout account afterward.
Note that I think this is the only way to get a checkout account outside the US and UK... I tried to get a checkout account before but couldnt get one :S (Australia)

Application Publisher

I am about to finish my Android application. I would like to provide lite version and more complete paid pro version. Unfortunately, Google does not allow Australian developers to sell applications and I don't have any friends in US or UK.
Does anyone know of a person/company who would publish my pro application on my behalf? Google search did not bring up any results.
Thanks.
Do NOT use androidpublisher.com. They publish many pirated apps and flood the market with absolutely horrible applications. As a developer, "Android Publisher" is one of the last things you want associated with your application.
Good news! The Android Market opened up to Australian developers on September 30, 2010.
See this link:
http://android-developers.blogspot.com/2010/09/more-countries-more-sellers-more-buyers.html
Also, don't hesitate to deploy to other markets, such as the Amazon Appstore and SlideMe.
For any other countries that are still left out of selling on the Android Market, you can link from your free app to another market that does allow you to sell apps. It's not as ideal, but it will get you into the game.
Well, I have found Android Publisher who would be willing to publish paid applications on behalf of developers who can not publish themselves due to Google's senseless restrictions (so much for being open).
Android Publisher charge 19% service fees for publication services. This is additional to the 30% charge that Google charges to process paid applications. For example, if an application costs $0.99, Google would charge $0.30, Android Publisher would charge $0.19 and the developer keeps $0.50.
Whilst this isn't ideal I feel this is better then publishing on alternative market places as Android Market provides seamless experience and obviously there is much more exposure through Android Market.
In case someone else is interested the contact name is David and email address is: support#androidpublisher.com
As time passes I will keep updating this thread/question (unless the community doesn't want me to!) with my experience dealing with Android Publisher as it may help other developers who don't live in Google approved countries.
I've found company that publishes games. I'm not sure I like their license terms though.
