I have an android app working since february without any change, with an average 10USD per day. Two weeks ago, it now appears red ( inactive on the admob status).
My admob sdk is GoogleAdMobAdsSdk-4.3.1.jar (I've tried changing it to the latest version, same result), on adb logcat it appears as if no ad inventory exists.
I've filled the admob forms, two weeks ago, and no reply so far. How can I contact them? As this type of thing happened before? And why I haven't received any earning so far?
The same happened to me. They will not answer nor notificate anything to you. Contacting them is harder than contacting the president. The most common reason is that you are violating the terms of use in some way, like giving incentives to the users to click the ads, or clicking the ads yourself several times...
Take a close look to your app, and create a new key in AdMob.
Maybe your app has disabled due a violation

This happened to my after about three month they disabled it .. But I filled a form for re enable it .. And after a little time it back to work again

I use Google AdMob to show ads on my mobile app and I am not listed in the sellers.json. I think this is the reason why my released mobile App does not show ads. The technical implementation is correct, someone at google mobile sdk confirmed that. They also said I get a no fill error and I should check with Google AdMobs. Then I read up and checked the seller.json file under http://realtimebidding.google.com/sellers.json and my pub id is not in the list.
My Admob, AdSense and Google Ads accounts are set up fine, I have no policy issues and filled out every respective field I could. My app is released since almost one month now in Googles Play Store. No issues there too.
I did already a really time consuming check-writeup of many potential issues which would be to much for this post here, but can be looked up here
I tried many times to speak directly to a Google AdMob contact person, but the contact Email page always shows "Something went wrong" error since many days. Otherwise I see no way to get help apart from the community, which turned out also not very helpful.
Does anyone know what the reason can be not seeing my pub-id in the sellers.json? Where can I check, whom can I contact?
This is my last resort here, many thanks.
I developed a new application some time ago and implemented Google Ads directly on it. It worked perfectly at first, and once I published it on the Play Store, it still worked well. But, for maybe a month now there have been no more impressions, something like 1 impression per 1000 requests or even less. I really don't understand why. All I know is that it used to work and it stopped working for no reason, and one of my other applications is now working perfectly when it really makes fewer requests.
I've been trying different solutions and contacting Google for almost a month now, but nothing really seems to help me. I even recreated my ads, but it didn't help.
Maybe I can say that this problem occurred when I decided to link the Play Store application to Admob. But again, I'm not sure.
Do you have any final advice for me? Because I'm really lost, nothing I've seen on Stackoverflow or any other forum has helped me so far.
Thank you for your help,
Sincerely,
Florian
i have the same issue here 2 days ago, suddenly impressions to low compared to the requests and the ads don't show on the apps, i think they made this change while your AdMob account in not verified yet with verification PIN.
Last week we soft-launched our game and we started getting errors from people. One of the bugs they (all) seem to have is that their achievements are being reset at least every day but sometimes even when restarting our game. The achievements do give the popup when being unlocked, and are even visible in the achievements UI but they keep being reset/removed.
We did know our game behaved like this for our Beta testers, but we assumed this was because everyone that was playing at the time is registered as a Beta tester.
Anyway, we've looked all over the internet to find other people that have the same problem as we do but we came up empty handed. We've checked all our settings in the play dashboard and within our game a dozen times but can't find the problem. Every post is always about resetting achievements, not keeping them.
One thing that I did notice is that almost 70% of the calls that we make with GPGS is returned by a 4xx response. We are currectly using Unity 5.3.x in combination with GPGS v0.9.32.
Does anyone have any idea on why this is happening to our achievements?
Alright we've found the answer: we had 2 credentials and apparently used the wrong one in our APK. We switched around the Signing-certificate fingerprint so that the fingerprint in the APK and in play services match and now it's working.
The strange thing is that everything seemed to work and we've never gotten any feedback from google that something was wrong...
Thanks for your attention to this problem!
I have put out a new android app with admob ads (interstitial) in it and they are working fine on the app. However it has been 24 hours and I am not getting any impressions data (or any other data) for it on the admob website.
Another issue is that after linking my app the icon for my app on the interface is not the actual icon but a general android type icon. I don't know if this has any relevance.
This is the first time I have made a new campaign on the new admob site and don't know whether I have missed something or there is a problem somewhere.
Any ideas.
Currently there is an issue with AdMob server. Several users are facing the same issue. But this is not unusual. It happens three to four times in a year. Normally this activity take around three days.
Wait for another two to three days. It should be fine.
It usually takes more than 24 hours for all adMob data to be processed and displayed in the web console. So I assume everything is allright, you'll just need to wait 1 more day.
A few tips.
Make certain your ID is correct. This is the key step.
Look at your logcat when AdMob is running, see if there's anything unusual.
Sometimes it takes a day or two. Just try and be patient.
I had exactly the same problem. I added an App before it was on Google Play. I then used the Add Unit ID. When it was eventually listed on Google Play, I manually searched for the App within Admob and linked it - or at least thought I had.
I wasn't receiving any impressions or clicks, so I double checked everything, the Ad Unit ID had changed in AdMob and the only change I made was to manually link the App. So I'm guessing this was where it went wrong. I changed the Ad Unit ID in my app and all working ok now!

Partially Solved
After 4 days still nothing showed up on my impressions so I made a new
campaign (hence the partially). To clarify what I did the first time:
I had a new app and wanted an ad on it when released. I could
therefore not use the search mode as it was not on google play yet. so
I had to use add manually mode and then linked it once released.
On the second campaign (the one that works) I was able to use the
search mode on admob site to find my app as it was now released. I
then had to put this new ad ID into my app and re-release it again
with this. This then started to show impressions within a few hours of
new version of app appearing in google play.
I hope this helps.
As for the icon, that was to do with the size of it was not 128x128.
I released my first android app yesterday, and got the direct link to the app working after 6 hours. But Its been > 24 hours now, and it still doesnt show up in the search on playstore.
I have been searching in the playstore both from my android device, as well as from desktop browser. The app simply isnt there.
Is this common? Is there something I can do to check the status/find out whats happening?
Thanks a lot
EDIT: the direct link is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.droidinput
EDIT: The issue was indeed that the name "Droid Input" was too general. Changed it to Moused . Hopefully it makes it a tad better once the update is pushed to prod. Thanks for all your help!
Sometimes newly published apps take time until they appear in search results. The app needs to be indexed in the Play Store before it starts appearing in search results. Also, make sure the app name has enough unique keywords so that it's easier to spot while searching.
All my apps were searchable minutes after the direct link started working. Can you post the name of your app.
Check those in Developer console
published area
minimal Android os
make sure it's published in developer console
If it's all right, don't worry, just wait to published
If your app have any problem google will send email to you
First of all,
you must check if you have no other updates,
second check if the website is not under going several changes if so than you might have to wait a couple of days
check your device for any out of the normal activity
if this is not resolved make sure to contact the company and explain them your issue,
regularly it shouldn't be happening to only you so there might be others with the same issue as you, it is unlikely that it could be your device but there is always that possibility that it might.
