I'm really disappointed about this action my app was running on google play for more than 4 months and yesterday I made some updates by adding OfferToro and other networks.
Before this(more than a month), Google informed me that they stopped serving ads for my app.
My APP is about earning points by watching ads and downloading apps then the user can redeem it to real money.
I don't send any notification or email to the user. The only notification is when the offer completed or redeem request was sent by email.
ORIGINAL E-MAIL:
Hi Developers at X, After a recent review, YY has been removed from Google Play.
Publishing Status
Publishing status: Suspended
Your app has been suspended and removed due to a policy violation.
Reasons of violation
Issue: Violation of Spam policy
We don’t allow apps that spam users or Google Play, such as apps that send users unsolicited messages or apps that are duplicative and low-quality.
It could possibly be the 2nd part of the definition.
...or apps that are duplicative and low-quality.
If your app is just showing ads to the user, perhaps it doesn't offer enough and is deemed as just low-quality.

I'm struggling to understand the process of publishing an App that has AdMob ads in the Play Store.
In order to use the AdMob SDKs the app must be reviewed by AdMob.
In order to review the App must be listed in a supported app store, in my case this will be the Play Store.
In order to publish on the Play Store the policy declaration forms need to be filled in.
For publishing within the EU, the policies require GDPR compliance one of which is to collect user consent.
The problem is I'm collecting the consent using the UserMessagingPlatform SDK, which does not work unless the App is reviewed (according to UserMessagingPlatform invalid response from server)
So now there is a circular dependency:
I cannot (truthfully) state that my app is GDPR compliant.
This prevents my app from being published on the Play Store
Which prevents the review by AdMob
Which prevents the user consent form from working
Which prevents me from stating that the app is GDPR compliant
One way to resolve this is publish an ad-free version first, review it by AdMob, then proceed by adding the ads.
Is this the intended workflow of publishing the app?
After a clarification by the support, they clarified that there are two steps of verification/reviews: The first is the verification of the account (more so of the account holder and the provided information). The second is the review of the app.
The SDKs can be used after the account has been verified (but will only show a limited number of ads until the app has been reviewed). There is no indication this is the case, other than the SDKs won't work.
In my case the account verification took around two months.
This is what I found to be the intended process:
Create app on AdMob and Play Store
If not already, wait for the AdMob account verification
The SDKs will now be functional and the app can be tested, as if it were in production (i.e. ads will show up, consent dialogs will work, the amount of shown ads will limited)
Publish and review the app on the Play Store
Configure the store-link on AdMob
Review the app on AdMob
After the review the SDKs will work on full capacity (i.e. the amount of ads shown will no longer be limited)
I have an app, and I have received a notice from Google play regarding policy violations, To solve the policy violations I need some time, but the time given by Google Play to solve the policy violation is not sufficient.
Can I unpublish the app for some time, and republish it after solving the policy violation.
I have read this: How to republish an app after unpublishing it?
And it looks possible.
What will happen to the AdMob revenue, that I am getting through this app, for the time when the app is unpublished?
As per my knowledge, publish app on AppStore is not compulsory for ad revenue or AdMob,
so if you will unpublish your app means no one can access your app on the app store but who already downloaded or accessing already they will see your ads and everything,
So means you can continuously earn money from ad Revenue,
This is my answer based on previous app development experience.
2 years ago, I have received 2 email from google in the same day ( check below ). How many violations/strikes does my account need now to get suspended indefinitely ?
This is a notification that your application submission, xxx,
for package ID com.xxx.xxx.xxx, has been rejected. If
this submission was an update to an existing app, the version
published prior to this update is still available on Google Play.
Please address the issue described below, then submit an update with
your changes.
REASON FOR REJECTION:Violation of the Google Play content rating
policy.
These guidelines apply to all content in your app, including user
generated content, in-app products, and advertisements.
After a regular review, we’ve determined that your app has an
inaccurate content rating. Please retake the content rating
questionnaire for your app and resubmit your app for publishing.
All submission rejections are tracked. Repeated rejections due to
policy violations will result in app suspension, at which point this
app will count as a strike against the good standing of your developer
account and no longer be available on Google Play.
If you feel we have made this determination in error, you can submit
an appeal on the Google Play Help Center.
The Google Play Team
We’re always looking for ways to improve. Please share your feedback

This is a notification that your application, xxx,
with package ID com.xxx.xxx.xxx, has been
suspended from the Google Play Store.
REASON FOR SUSPENSION:Violation of the impersonation or deceptive

This particular app has been disabled as a policy strike. If your
developer account is still in good standing, you may revise and upload
a policy compliant version of this application as a new package name.
This notification also serves as notice for other apps in your
catalog. You can avoid further app suspensions by immediately ensuring
that no other apps in your catalog are in violation of (but not
limited to) the above policy. Please also ensure your apps’ compliance
with the Developer Distribution Agreement and Content Policy.
All violations are tracked. Additional suspensions of any nature may
result in the termination of your developer account, and investigation
and possible termination of related Google accounts. If your account
is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover the proceeds
of any past sales and/or the cost of any associated fees (such as
chargebacks and transaction fees) from you.
If you feel we have made this determination in error, you can visit
this Google Play Help Center article.
Only a suspension counts as a strike on your account. Right now you have one suspension. If you get two more suspension your account will be terminated.
I am about to unpublish my app from the Google Play Store because the service is going to be shut down.
My users are currently paying subscriptions (monthly or yearly) for the service, subscriptions that auto-renew.
I am wondering what will happen to these users from the moment the app is unpublished: will subscriptions be automatically cancelled and renewal prevented?
Thanks a lot.
I've got the answer to my own question. In short, when you unpublish an app, the existing subscriptions are not cancelled and, therefore, they continue to renew until cancelled by the user or by the developer via the Google Play Developer API.
According to the Developer Console help page:
When you unpublish an app, existing users can still use your app and receive app updates. Your app won’t be available for new users to find and download on Google Play.
This paragraph doesn't specifically cover the case of subscriptions, but my experience just confirmed it: I have unpublished my app and subscriptions keep renewing.
I received an email from google yesterday said that my app has been removed from google play store. This is email's content:
REASON FOR REMOVAL: Violation of the non-compete provision of the Developer Distribution Agreement.
All violations are tracked. Serious or repeated violations of any
nature will result in the termination of your developer account, and
investigation and possible termination of related Google accounts. If
your account is terminated, payments will cease and Google may recover
the proceeds of any past sales and the cost of any associated fees
(such as chargebacks and payment transaction fees) from you.
Because my app is an app store, contain apps include some app from google play and some app from diferent source.
Have you ever had this problem and how i could reactive it.
Thanks !
