I have developed some apps that serves both free version and paid version and was uploaded to the Amazon Android market. The install files are being rejected because it contains an Android market link which direct the user to the paid version and some how facilitate the user to buy my app. Now I want to do the same on Amazon Android Market website, but I do not know what is the link of that? For example, the package name of my app is com.abc.apple, how can i browse my app in Amazon Android Market?
You should use the URL format.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/dl/android/[packagename]
i.e.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/mas/dl/android/com.abc.apple
Source: My app was rejected for the same reason, and Amazon provided the information above and on their blog.

Our Company has started creating Mobile Apps but they do not want to put it on Android App Store rather they want to create a Company Specific Web Store whose apps can be downloaded by companies Customer and Employees.
Yes, you can create a Google Play Private Channel for your organisation.
Or, of course, you can create your own distribution network from scratch. Any file-hosting service can host a .apk file.

I don't have a developer account in the Google play shop and I'd like to clarify paid app availability for the Android developer account in India or the price of an app in an Indian Android developer account?
Can help me get a paid app to publish from India?
You can purchase Paid app from india, but can't upload Paid app in market. Check this: Supported locations for merchants

I am an Android applications developer from India. I want to publish my apps on the android market.Is there any restrictions for developers from India to publish apps? Do I need an American bank account for that.
If not can anyone please explain the requirements and procedure for that.
As for publishing free apps, no, there are no restrictions whatsoever.
However, if you plan on publishing paid apps, you should set up a merchant account.

I want to publish a paid app in the Android Market, but I do not see India when registering for a merchant account. How would I go about selling apps from India?
You cannot publish to Android Market from India yet (India is not enabled for merchant accounts in Google Checkout). The only option would be to look at alternative Android app stores, or put up ad-supported versions, or to put it on the Market and sell the unlock code from your website.

i have checked from http://market.android.com/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=150324 that Indian developers cannot sell paid applications on the Android market...
If i do want to sell a paid application from India, how do i go about it?
Can i advertise and upload my android applications on my website?

I haven't read any limitations in the new Amazon app store. Maybe you want to check that out?
I'd recommend the same approach Federico from Launcher Pro has used. You may embedded a key in software and sell it through paypal while google market is not available in India.
