I have a question, If I want to upload my Android App to Market and have it not display in the Play Store until ready to go live can I do that, Something like reserve the name and game style until ready to release.

Yes, when you open the Developer Console and start entering your app details, you can click Save and not Publish. When you're ready to go live, click Publish. This is how you reserve your package namespace. There is no unique constraint on app name, but there is one on package namespace.

As the application name doesn't need to be unique, there is no way of reserving it.
The apps will be identified by the package name your application use. So just develop your app and upload it when it is ready.

I've developed an enterprise android app which targets specific set of users. Is there a way to restrict the app not to be downloadable by other persons.
Something like asking for a password before downloading the app, so that I can distribute the password to my specific app users.
You can use play store private channel feature which allows you to control which users or user groups can download the apps. Please have a read.
There is no way to restrict exactly download and install the app but nobody prevents you from asking for the password after the application starts.
To stay civilized, I would recommend to provide at least some useful functionality for all users as well, and do not forget to document in the description about the password.

Our Company has started creating Mobile Apps but they do not want to put it on Android App Store rather they want to create a Company Specific Web Store whose apps can be downloaded by companies Customer and Employees.
Yes, you can create a Google Play Private Channel for your organisation.
Or, of course, you can create your own distribution network from scratch. Any file-hosting service can host a .apk file.

Is it possible to change name of application after publishing it in Google Play?
I haven't published it yet but I'm going to do it.
Yes, you can change the name. You cannot change the package name.
Yes you can. Login into the Android Developers Console: http://developer.android.com/distribute/index.html
From the app you want to change from the list of the apps you have submitted.
On the bottom half of the package details tab you will see at Title field which you can update and it will change the name of your app.
If you have not published the app yet..then you can go to your project and change the name , sign the apk and upload it again.
You can change the app information at any point of time, without changing the version number of the app.

I am very new to the Android Market. I want to put my application up for free.
Is there any possibility for free "upload" (I saw you must pay 25$). This is for school project and I will not pay that money, too much for me :D
If there is no possibility for that, if there is someone out there with account, that I will send app to him and he will put it on Android Market.
No that is not possible, if you want to publish on Google Play you have to get that Publisher Account which costs 25$. This fee is mainly to prevent people from spamming the market.
Alternatively you could look at publishing your application on other non-official "markets", most of them will let you do so for free. You will not get as much exposure, but if you're seeking a free way to get your application out there, that's the only way I know of doing so.
