Samsung Galaxy Tab2 10.1 not supported on google play - android

I have this issue on Google play. It states the tab on subject is not supported due to file manifest permission.
Those are the permissions and hardware required:
android.permission.INTERNET,
android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION,
android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION,
android.permission.ACCESS_LOCATION_EXTRA_COMMANDS,
android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE,
android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE,
android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
android.hardware.location,
android.hardware.location.gps,
android.hardware.location.network,
android.hardware.touchscreen
as asked this is the manifest
<supports-screens android:anyDensity="true"
android:smallScreens="true" android:normalScreens="true"
android:largeScreens="true" android:resizeable="true" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_LOCATION_EXTRA_COMMANDS" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
I don't see anything 'unsupported', can anyone help me?
Thank you

Please add the below code in your Manifest file under <manifest> tag:
<supports-screens android:largeScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true" android:smallScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true" android:anyDensity="true" />
This support tag states that your application is supported for all screen sizes.

Publishing android app: This app is incompatible with all of your devices

Publishing and Android app I can see the app in the market but I everyone is watching this text
This app is incompatible with all of your devices.
Here is the permissions and features of my manifest
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USE_CREDENTIALS" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_USER_DICTIONARY" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.touchscreen" android:required="false" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.microphone" android:required="false" />
and from gradle.build
minSdkVersion 16
targetSdkVersion 21
I dont understand why it doesnt show supported phones.
Thank you
Do you have a supports-screens tag in your AndroidManifest.xml ? If not, try adding this:
<supports-screens android:resizeable="true" android:smallScreens="true" android:normalScreens="true" android:largeScreens="true" android:xlargeScreens="true" android:anyDensity="true" />
The problem was one of the dependencies imported in gradle.
compile 'org.apache.directory.studio:org.apache.commons.codec:1.8'
We replaced with this
commons-codec:commons-codec:1.8
And the application became available for all the devices.

APK not compatybile with tablets

I'm trying to publish the app for any device. I assume, that there is something AndroidManifest.xml that causing it to not being available for tablets, but I can't figure out what.
Here is the fragment that could cause troubles:
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="10"
android:targetSdkVersion="18" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CALL_PHONE" android:required="false"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USE_CREDENTIALS" />
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK" />
<supports-screens android:smallScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:anyDensity="true"/>
<permission
android:name="pl.wirtuale.vtk.permission.C2D_MESSAGE"
android:protectionLevel="signature" />
<uses-permission android:name="pl.wirtuale.vtk.permission.C2D_MESSAGE" />
I marked CALL_PHONE as not required but still the app is not available for tablets. What else could cause it?
that is not how you say something is required or not. to not require the telephone you do this
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.telephony"
android:required="false"/>
also if you want to support everything you dont need to have all this stuff
<supports-screens android:smallScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:anyDensity="true"/>
you can just delete it, all screen sizes will be compatible. You only use that when you want to exclude certain sizes

Why my application from store not visible for tablet samsung tab p3100?

my application from store visible for acer tablet that is android 3.2.1 but it not visible for samsung tab p3100 that is 4.1. What can i do?
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="7"
android:targetSdkVersion="11" />
<supports-screens
android:anyDensity="true"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="true" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<!-- This permission will allow us request the connection changes. -->
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<!-- This is required to start our service from BootCompletedIntentReceiver. -->
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
Its because of android:targetSdkVersion="11". It should be android:targetSdkVersion="16" for that.
Permission android.permission.CAMERA implies requirement of features android.hardware.camera and android.hardware.camera.autofocus. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (p3100) doesn't have autofocus. May be it is the reason.
Permissions that Imply Feature Requirements.
SO you can try with adding below line into manifest
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" android:required="false" />

Game still not visible to newer android then 2.2

My manifest file is updated now and it looks like this.But its still not visible or not compatible on google play for newer android then 2.2.But i have tested it on 4.0 and its work.
Here is my manifest.Please help
android:versionCode="4"
android:versionName="1" >
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="7" android:targetSdkVersion="15"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK" android:required="false"/>
<supports-screens
android:resizeable="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:anyDensity="true"/>
Remove the android:required="false" from the uses-permission tag.
You're not supposed to place this inside a permission tag, but in a uses-feature tag...
Anyway, WAKE_LOCK will not need any required declaration:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK" />
