<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.USE_CREDENTIALS" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />

<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.touchscreen" android:required="false" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.microphone" android:required="false" />
and from gradle.build
minSdkVersion 16
targetSdkVersion 21
I dont understand why it doesnt show supported phones.
Thank you

Do you have a supports-screens tag in your AndroidManifest.xml ? If not, try adding this:
<supports-screens android:resizeable="true" android:smallScreens="true" android:normalScreens="true" android:largeScreens="true" android:xlargeScreens="true" android:anyDensity="true" />

The problem was one of the dependencies imported in gradle.
compile 'org.apache.directory.studio:org.apache.commons.codec:1.8'
We replaced with this
commons-codec:commons-codec:1.8
And the application became available for all the devices.

Your device isn't compatible with this version in Asus Nexus 7-inch tab

I developed my app for only Tablets. It was working fine previously but playstore app is not even listing my app on Nexus 7-in Tablet after recent update of my app. On playstore website it's showing the message -"Your device isn't compatible with this version". I'am able to see and download my app on 10-in Tablet. On developer console the Nexus7 is listed there as compatible.
These are the permissions and features added in my manifest.
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" android:required="false"/>
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera.autofocus"/>
<supports-screens android:smallScreens="false"
android:normalScreens="false"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="true"
android:requiresSmallestWidthDp="600" />
Please guide me why am'i getting this message.
Use android:required="false" for your
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera.autofocus"/>

My App is not compatible with Samsung Tab2

When I search my app from a Samsung tab 2 the application is not found, but when searching from other devices like the Galaxy s2 it is found. This app is compatible with some devices. I checked my manifest and permission but it is still incompatible -- Thanks in advance.
This is my manifest:
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="11" />
<supports-screens
android:largeScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="false" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" android:required="false"></uses-permission>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" android:required="false"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" android:required="false"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" android:required="false"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_SETTINGS" android:required="false"/>
<permission android:name="ads.mobisoft.com.permission.C2D_MESSAGE" android:protectionLevel="signature" />
<uses-permission android:name="ads.mobisoft.com.permission.C2D_MESSAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="com.google.android.c2dm.permission.RECEIVE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WAKE_LOCK" android:required="false"/>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" android:required="false"/>
It's probably:
android:xlargeScreens="false"
Change that to true
I would comment instead of posting an "answer", but I am missing 4 reputation to do that -.-
So:
I think it is meant for really big screens like TV's, but did you try:
android:xlargeScreens="true"
Maybe the tablet's screen is defined as extra large?
EDIT: Lock at the answer to this question. That might help you a little further

Get app visible for tablets in Play store

I have the below manifest for my app, when I have uploaded this app to the play store for some reason it is not visible for tablets.
What do I need to change to do this?
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
android:versionCode="3"
android:versionName="1.0.2" >
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="8"
android:targetSdkVersion="18" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />
Try adding this to your manifest
<supports-screens
android:largeScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:anyDensity="true" />
set uses feature required false in your manifest file
because some features are not supported by android tablets
for Example:
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.telephony" android:required="false" />
while uploading to Google play it shows a yellow warning bubble next to your apk what message you are getting there?

Why my application from store not visible for tablet samsung tab p3100?

my application from store visible for acer tablet that is android 3.2.1 but it not visible for samsung tab p3100 that is 4.1. What can i do?
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="7"
android:targetSdkVersion="11" />
<supports-screens
android:anyDensity="true"
android:largeScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:xlargeScreens="true" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<!-- This permission will allow us request the connection changes. -->
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<!-- This is required to start our service from BootCompletedIntentReceiver. -->
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
Its because of android:targetSdkVersion="11". It should be android:targetSdkVersion="16" for that.
Permission android.permission.CAMERA implies requirement of features android.hardware.camera and android.hardware.camera.autofocus. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (p3100) doesn't have autofocus. May be it is the reason.
Permissions that Imply Feature Requirements.
SO you can try with adding below line into manifest
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" android:required="false" />

Android Market - Application isn't available for devices

I published my APK to Android market. I can search it via https://play.google.com/store/search?q=[package name], but I can't install it on my Nexus One device which running Android OS 2.3.6, the popup shows not compatible with your device. The manifest file is configured as below:
<supports-screens
android:largeScreens="true"
android:smallScreens="true"
android:normalScreens="true"
android:resizeable="true"
android:anyDensity="true"
/>
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="8" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO"></uses-permission>
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" />
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera.autofocus" />
What problem in my configuration made My Nexus One device is filtered?
There's nothing wrong with your manifest; I'd wager you have Copy Protection enabled. From the documentation:
To copy protect an application, set copy protection to "On" when you
configure publishing options for your application. Google Play will
not show copy-protected applications on developer devices or
unreleased devices.
Since the Nexus One is a developer device, it will show as incompatible. I ran into this same issue on my Galaxy Nexus.
Add this to your manifest
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="8"
android:targetSdkVersion="15" />//=======> the target version is your wish(> 10)
