Publishing an App on Google Play
Like two hours ago i uploaded and published my android application. But my application isnt available on Google Play. Im really worried because i cant find it using direct link with my app package name. (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.xxx.xxx)
My package name begins with "com.", is that fine ?
Im searching my app from pc btw. On my dev page i see my app is available for 1600+ devices.
My apk file is "active" and all other required fields im filled(like pic and description).
It can take more than a couple days for the app to be found by all devices.
Nothing to worry. Try.

You need a couple of hours for it to show. I remember mine took 5hours. Some other apps could take days.

I'm under 18, Can I upload my projects to Google Play Store? [closed]
(1 answer)
Closed 1 year ago.
I started making games a little bit back, and want to release my first one. I was doing research, and was disappointed when I figured out google required me to be at least 18 years of age. I researched the problem further and had a few StackOverflow answers that told me different things. I heard that I could make the account if I had permission from a parent or legal guardian. Is this false? One answer told me that I could publish without an age restriction as long as I made no profit (no ads). Is there a way of publishing my apps to the google play store, preferably with ads, when I am under 18? Could I get parent/guardian permission?
Here are the posts:

If publishing to google play store is impossible without being over 18, do you have any recommendations for where to publish my games (if I can at all).
Please don’t recommend other publishing websites unless that is the only way. Please provide links to google or something trusted and thanks in advance.
As you saw the posts you added, the ruled of that platform say that you can't.
The simple way is just to ask your parents/guardian to create it for you and just use this account. Google doesn't know who is uploading the apps.
No, you can't. You should be 18.

Android app no longer available on Google Play
(3 answers)
Closed 2 years ago.
Currently, my application disappeared from google play store.
In spite of previously being available.
There is no app update.
No warning dialog.
No configuration change.
No warning email.
Status in google play console "Published and All updates are live 6 days ago"
google play search result: We're sorry, the requested URL was not found on this server.
Is there any issues or any suggestions ?
So actually, when you publish an app or update, they let you know how long the review process should take before your changes can go live. If your update is taking longer than they have estimated and you still haven’t seen your changes on Google Play, troubleshoot your specific issue below.
for more info you can see in the website:

the application is probably waiting for approval
I think this is a Google bug. Re-post the application. This will help.

Android App submission Approval Time [closed]
(2 answers)
Closed 9 years ago.
I've tried googling the question but i can't really find a result. It may be due to the fact that it's just not there ofcourse. However, what I was wondering is: If you submit an app to the Google Play store is there a review-time in which Google reviews the app to approve or deny the app to the store? And if there is; What is the average waiting time?
Thanks in advance,
There is no review time for Google Play. Any and every app can be published.
Keep in mind though that it can take several hours for your app to go live on the marketplace, and even longer for it to be indexed in search results and added to your developer page.
EDIT: As of 2015, apps are now reviewed by the Google Play Store Team. However, it still takes less than a day for the app to go live, usually between 6-12 hours.

This version of the application is not configured for billing through Google Play

Firstly I have been googling for goodness knows how long and have followed several other question's answers to no avail.
I have an Android application with in-app purchases, using the test keys (android.test.purchased) everything works fine. Using my actual product I get the following error:
This version of the application is not configured for billing through Google Play.
I have followed the steps outlined by both Google and various StackOverflow answers:
Upload a signed APK to Google Play (not published)
Setup an in-app item (published)
Install the same APK onto the phone.
Ensure your google account (from the phone) is listed as a tester in Google Play.
Add public key to billing code.
Wait for some time just in-case!
I still get the problem mentioned above. What could I be missing??
Edit:
A thought that has come to mind, does it matter what you use to sign the exported APK with?
I never like to answer my own questions, as it always looks like I'm after the rep which I am not!!
After much trying I finally managed to get this to work, it appears that you need to wait around 6 hours for an apk to be recognized as valid for in-app purchases. What is strange is that if you upload the APK during the early morning (UK time) it gets through the system faster (US/UK lag!?).
So to sum up for anyone that may have come across this answer, just be patient!!
There is one obvious thing missing: setting your public key in the billing library code.
Edit: A thought that has come to mind, does it matter what you use to sign the exported APK with?
Yes, you must sign it in release mode [1]. Export the application in Eclipse, and when it prompts you for a certificate, point to your .keystore file. Follow the steps and you'll have your apk signed with your release key.
I submitted my first app to the android market about 3 months ago. Since then I've been getting on average about 10 to 20 downloads a day.
A couple of weeks ago Google released their new market new look and since then my app hasn't been downloaded not even once and I didn't even know why until a few days ago I made search for it using the app title and even though the Android market said that there was over 400 returns for that keyword it only showed about 20 of them and my app wasn't even there.
Does anyone have any information about this issue?
Check the spelling, it might have autocorrected your application name.
