Notification is removed from status bar when I close the app

I send a simple notification to the user when they open the app. When I swipe the notification away from the status bar, the notification is also deleted.
I just want the notification to stay on the status bar even if I close the app like whats app Instagram and some other apps.
This is how I send notification

P.S1: I don't want the notification to persist like in foreground services. I just want to not go away when the app is swiped away, but the user can get rid of the notification anytime they want.
P.S2: I am not using any services, just a simple notification. Like e.g.letting the user know that they collected some badges today.

Deleting notification from Android notification bar

I'm using the following to code to send a notification:

The code works as I expected except for one little thing, once I go to the notification bar, expand it and choose the notification, it keeps staying on the notification bar, opposite to the behavior of most notifications, than once you tap them they disappear from being there.
Guess it must be some option in the configuration of the notification but as much as I search I cannot find it.

Keep notification icon in the status bar when clicked

I want to display a simple notification when my app is running and doing certain things. I want my app to open when the user clicks my notification.
So far, the behaviour works like I want it to.
However, when the user clicks the notification, while the app is opened and the notification is still there, the notification icon in the notification bar (left to the time, before swiping down) disappears. Edit: I just observed that the notification icon reappears in the notification bar once any other notification (WhatsApp) arrives.
How can I prevent this behaviour?

How can I dismiss notifications upon firing an intent on Android Wear?

I'm currently building a notification on the mobile device, and including a wear-specific intent to launch an activity. I want the notification to go away once the user hits that button on the notification, but I haven't gotten it to work. Here's my code

Is possible set Expanded Notification as default in Big Text Notifications?

In Big Text Notifications section, he said that need expand to see Big text notification form, as image im below :
I wonder that we can not set Expanded Notification as default in Big Text Notifications?

The documentation states:
A notification's big view appears only when the notification is
expanded, which happens when the notification is at the top of the
notification drawer, or when the user expands the notification with a
gesture.
So my answer is no, you can't expand it by default.
There is however a trick to push the notification to the top of the list where it would be expanded. Simply set the Priority to Notification.PRIORITY_MAX and chances are that your app's notification will make it to the top.

No need of doing any kind of modification in the any file for showing of multiple lines of Notification while using Push Notification V5, remove the field "style", from the object you are sending.
