Glitched reviews on Google Play app - android

I have an app on Google Play named "Tap n Flap" and I have been getting many great reviews. My issue is that I received a one -star rating from one user and the dev console won't let me view it. I have clicked the filter button and selected one star and this is what I get and it says no reviews match your settings. I do not understand why it will not pop up, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated on dealing with this issue.

You can't view reviews without a user's comment in Developer Console

Is it possible to check if user already given rating to your app?

As per my requirement, rating popup will appear to user for app rating and redirects to play store. If the user already given rating to app then the popup will not shown. I want to get app ratings programmatically. Google provide Reply to Reviews API but that will only returned the reviews with comments. But I need both rating and reviews. I have searched for this but don't get anything relevant.
Can anyone please explain how can I do this ?
Thanks in Advance!!
Google blocks it to prevent rewarding ratings.
Best you can do is intercept the click, then disable the popup even if the user just visited your store page without rating.

Google Play keeps injecting the word "Text" into my Database and I can't stop it

I've written to Google Play's support about this issue. At first the flatly denied it, but after I submitted screenshots, database logs, etc... they said they were "looking into it."
Basically every time I submit my app to Google Play... the word "Text" is inserted into almost every EditText field. This includes, Comments, Editable profile fields, etc...
According to the screenshots this appears to be caused by Google Play's automated testing. I've verified that the IP address of the poster does indeed belong to Google.
I've never seen anything like this in over 30 years of programming and I'm at a bit of a loss for what to do... It happens ONLY when I submit an app update to Google Play.
There's really nowhere else I could think of to ask. Has anyone ever SEEN anything like this? How can I prevent this from happening?
When you upload your app, it goes through the Pre-Launch Testing, where it will use test devices to automatically click/type/use your app and try to find bugs and see whether it will crash anywhere.
If you don't want this:
Go to your app in the Google Play Console
Click Release Management on the left
Click Pre-Launch Report
Click the settings tab
Disable it

Google Developer Console android crashes and ANR

I have a published android app.
On the first page I go to on developer console it has some stats.
One of the is "crashes and ANRs".
Are these automatically reported by android/play services out of the box?
Or do I need to opt in to them somehow?
mine reports '-' character under this stat. Does that mean zero, or like no data?
Thanks
Yes, you don't need to opt in.
However, to my knowledge, these are only crashes when the user has pressed the submit crash report error when the app crashed.
- means zero or no crashes for that matter
As Google states (https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6083203?hl=en-GB):
"You'll see all ANRs collected from Android devices whose users have opted in to automatically share usage and diagnostics data. Data is available for the previous two months. For more information about how Android users opt in to share data, go to the Accounts Help Centre."
In the Accounts Help Centre's article, Google explains how users can enable and disable sharing the information and what information is shared.

Android App Update Getting Rejected for Keyword Spam

I published an Android app called "Never Have I Ever". The app was and still is live on Google Play. I updated the app once. Then the second time I tried to update the APK file, I was emailed a messaging saying that my app has been rejected for keyword spam. I updated my app 10 more times changing my app description to the bare minimum. I tried contacting Google Play. Yesterday I tried to update my app title from "Never Have I Ever" to "The Never Have I Ever Game" hoping that maybe it will finally be fixed. No, I was finally contacted by Google Play saying that my app was reviewed and that my app title matched another app "Never Have I Ever Game". Now, this is ridiculous to me. How is it that Google didn't see my other 10 updates, but only saw this last one? How is it my app "Never Have I Ever" was fine until, one day it got rejected? There are so many apps with the name "Never Have I Ever" on Google Play. I have an app "Truth or Dare" that never got rejected for having the name "Truth or Dare". Basically, I am frustrated that I have not been given any answers by Google, and that my title and description is definitely not worth of rejection. Maybe I am wrong, but would definitely need an answer.
Your app submission has been rejected for a violation of the Google Play Developer Programme Policy regarding Impersonation or Deceptive Behaviour. Please review the keyword spam policy help article, then modify your app's title and/or description and resubmit. Additional details have been sent to your account owner's email address.
Title: Never Have I Ever
Short Description: A fun way to party or drink!
Description: Enjoy the game with a group by using the application for questions. The app counts the number of people that have done the particular statement asked. When you are playing, simply swipe from right to left in order to go to the next question. Alternatively, swipe left to right in order to go to the home screen or simply press the back button. I hope you enjoy the game.
Why is the above information being rejected? I even tried again to change the title, this time to "Adult Never Have I Ever" and still getting rejected.

Get device information for user who rated app

One of my apps been in the market for 3 weeks now. Got a few good ratings, but one of the ratings I got is a 1. Unfortunately the user didn't leave any review so I got no way of telling why is she/he dissatisfied as such.
Is there a way that I can find what device/android version etc...they're using?
FYI, In the developer console, I can't find any details of this rating under "Ratings & Reviews". I am only able to see information on the ones with reviews.
I have an an analytics event triggered when the user clicks the rate button but of course no information about the rating itself.
The latest 1 star ratings from my apps say "good app thank you" and "can't download it". Apparently the first user tapped on the wrong button and the other has a bad network connection and wasn't able to download the app from the store.
As you can see, you shouldn't worry about low ratings until you get more detailed reviews (you will get some eventually).
