I tried to publish app on google play, but I get this error:
Your app submission has been rejected for a violation of the Google Play Developer Program Policy regarding Content Ratings. If this submission was an update to an existing app, the version published prior to this update is still available in Google Play. Please review the content rating guidelines help article, then retake the content rating questionnaire and resubmit. Additional details have been sent to your account owner's email address.
I understand that I need to change app range and start new questionnaire, but this button is disabled. What should I do?

I submitted new Android app on Google Play and it needs to pass review process. The application has login with Google form and it is only way to enter the application and to use its content. In dedicated field in Google Play, I provided login instructions with Google account details that I created for this purpose. But, for the second time, I am getting rejection with message Issue: Need login credentials for app review. I tried to login to app with provided account and I had no problems. Also, all security checks are turned off for this Google account (i.e. there is no Verify it is you procedure). Can someone explain to me what additional details do I need to provide, what am I missing? I am attaching here the screenshot provided by reviewer, from which I don't understandwhat is the problem. I have completed all the requirements and Published the App. But it seems to be in the reviewed state as you can see in the Picture attached.
In how much time will my App approved or rejected by the Google Play Team?

Google Team Normally takes up to 14 days or less to review your app.
In the screenshot attached it is saying that you have completed all the steps now you just have to wait for google to review your app for their policy.
If your app follows the google play policy you will receive the Approved Message otherwise they will let you know about the problem in your app.
Just stay Patient.
How long does google take to review app actions?
Is there anywhere in the dev console to see the review status? As there it for app review status.

I am not talking about the app itself. I am talking about APP ACTIONS.
It says here After you upload your app to the Play Console, we'll contact you at the email in Play Console with more information regarding the status of your App Actions review.

Approximately it takes one to two weeks for App Actions reviews. Although, you might get an answer earlier.
One of my friend has submitted a review and a rating to my app on play store. He can see his review when visiting play store, I also got a notification that I received a review(via email and play console), but when I click on reply, an error message is shown as it was deleted. If I check my app on play store I do not see the review and the rating. What should I do?
This app is not exist in your mobile so review does not display. because google trace this network.
In your case, there are two reasons
You can’t leave a review from an enterprise account, like an account for work or school.
The content of that review is meaningless.
Things you can do is, Try from a personal Google account and try to review something meaningful.

I am unable to download App from google play store, it shows authentication error.
But I have signed in to my Google accounts.

I have found a solution on my question. posting it for the users who will face the issue in future.
It is because of the Google Play store new policy of content rating.
If you upload any App on the store, you need to Answer the questionnaires for the content used in the App.
This is used by Google to determine the content used in the App and show it to the users based on the content policy and Age validation.
Hence, if you are uploading any new App or updating an existing App on store. Do follow the content rating steps

After following this I was able to download the App from store.
