How to make toolbar fixed while scrolling in android?

I have researched all the previous question before posting this question none of the previous solution worked for me. I need to make my Toolbar static while scrolling it goes up while scrolling butI need to make it static how can i do this. Now let me explain what are all the methods I have tried so far,
I have entered windowSoftInputMode to adjust resize

Remove app:layout_scrollFlags="scroll|enterAlways" this from Toolbar and check scroll.

Unable to hide Toolbar while scrolling RecyclerView, possible cause?

I am trying to hide the ToolBar as the RecyclerView gets scrolled, however, ToolBar doesn't hide or move at all. This is how I implemented it:

CoordinatorLayout & RelativeLayout screen space difference

Why extra space in bottoms gets considered in screen calculation when i use CoordinatorLayout and not when i use RelativeLayout.

i am adding fragments to the FrameLayout which has FAB. in case of CoordinatorLayout my FAB button gets hidden under navigation menu button.

How to collapse content of AppBarLayout but not Toolbar

And I want to collapse the only content while scrolling.
I figure out that I can move Toolbar out of AppBarLayout but whether there is a clear way? Otherwise, I will be forced set toolbar background color. I haven't any problem with it, but I think that it's some kind of dirty solution :)

If I understood correctly, you want to collapse a portion of the header when scrolling. If that's the case, #Nerd's comment links to a good tutorial on how to do that. Anyway, I'll leave here an example of CoordinatorLayout usage that does what you are looking for:

The power of AppBarLayout offset
He simply puts the toolbar outside the CoordinatorLayout. Quite radical I know but this is the only way I found.

You simply need to wrap your CoordinatorLayout to the LinearLayout and put your toolbar above the CoordinatorLayout:

Collapsing toolbar with image, tabs and FAB

I'm having difficulties trying to implement the toolbar as in images below:
However, I've failed to add the Floating Action Button like shown on image. I'm using Googles design support library. Any ideas?

I've found a solution. I thought that app:layout_anchorGravity could only reference elements like RelativeLayout's positioning attributes. But obviously, I was wrong. I've only added this code above the ViewPager in previous xml:
