I'm kind of stumped in my search for this android library or api. (I'm a newbie in Android programming).
I'm looking for help in how to display polled answers in my android app in terms of percentage or a kind of bar chart.
I'd really appreciate any form of help.
Anyone with ideas?
I guess you need something like this

Quick question: Does anyone possibly know how to access Snapchat API? I'm trying to make an automation software which would promote my business, and I need to be able to set up a bot which would do stuff while I'm sleeping/away.
Any suggestions are fine! :)
Thanks in advance.
a quick google search results in the documentation, please clarify the question; do you need help making an XML request?

I'm a beginner in android application development. I got a requirement where I have to show some statistics in the form of graphs/charts. I would like to if there is any API as such which would suffice this requirement in android. Else, I would like to the means the other best means that would make this easy. I referred other questions regarding this, but I'm unable to decide basing on them. Help needed as soon as possible.

I found Tag-Cloud but I think it is not yet ready. Does anyone have any word cloud generator libraries available that allows you to customize it's design?
I have found this and it seems usable:
https://github.com/sschwieb/Cloudio
http://wiki.eclipse.org/Zest/Cloudio
https://code.google.com/p/memeplex/source/browse/trunk/Android/src/kr/ac/yonsei/memeplex/view/TagCloudLayout.java?r=31
Though it might need to be changed or edited a little. I hope somebody can help me. I will be offering bounties in the next few hours
If you can offer any algorithms I will gladly study it as well.
Thanks in advance!
Depending on what your actual requirements are, you could use a really nice and customisable javascript word cloud written in D3 like https://github.com/jasondavies/d3-cloud and then embed it in a WebView in your Android app. There is an example on how to do that at https://github.com/mitchwongho/D3Android
Here is a simple example I made demonstrating this https://github.com/rbarbantan/android-word-cloud
i want to implement a survey function in my app. There should be a 4 alternative answers and a diagramm which ilustrates the results. Has anyone an idea how i could do this? Maybe is there even a Library? I am thankful for every suggestion.
Thanks for help
You could possibly use a Webview within your app and an existing survey service like Survey monkey.

In addition to this they also have a developer platform if you want to do more than the average survey: https://developer.surveymonkey.com/Home
I am starting to develop android applications using AS3.
As much as I've searched I did not find how to make android loading box using AIR!
It seems there is no way to do so!
Can anybody help me in this regard please?!
I kindly beg you to search more and more. Your topic is a rare and helpful one I also appreciate that but I think you just need to increase your Googling Abilities :D
I guess I know what you were searching for so I just searched about your topic and the result is exactly what you need I am sure.
You know,, you can not access android device-specific libraries and features with AS3 for these are not available in the built-in AS3 classes. There are some air extensions provided to help us the air developers who want to make Android or iOS apps though.
Am I clear enough? if not go to this link please. Here you can learn more and even use some extensions in your projects if necessary: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/air/native-extensions-for-air.html
And a happy link for you and your topic:

Just tell me if this is what you wanted. I'll be happy!
This is fairly standard and has been covered here a few times. Like this for example.
as3 loading screen
or this ROC tutorial
as3 preloader
U basically calculate the current percentage in a progress event and change a bar's width or scale accordingly.
