Did anyone got this error?
It seems, clicking any button in my android application and at the same time Google related error message is occurred.
Google related error messages like,
“The process com.google.process.apps has stopped”
Or
“Google Play Services has stopped”.
I tried in emulator and my mobile, even tried deleting it and adding a new one, still i got the same message.
Please Advice...
This error usually comes up when you are making some changes to the settings of the Android Operating System. You may refer with this article on How To Fix ‘Google Play Services Has Stopped’ Error On Android.

I am using Android in app billing for in app purchases.
In rare cases a number of my users are reporting this error:
"Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-0]"
This is happening in production and not in testing. And I'm unable to reproduce this locally to debug.
What does this error mean and how to resolve it?

Check if you are using latest version of Google Play.
OR
Following the steps below.

Go to settings >application > Play Store >Clear Data & Clear Cache.
Go to accounts >Google >Remove account.
Reboot device.
Again Settings>Account >Google >Log In.

Factory Reset is the last working option, if none of the above worked.
I believe that this might have the solution that you are looking for. Since the question mentioned that he/she noticed the issue with a test account, it may be that your customers are not using the latest version of Google play or that they need to clear their cache.

In my case the problem was that Google suspended the merchant account for the application.
While installing specific app, the error popup is shown with error: "appname" could not be downloaded due to error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-2:AEC-2])
I have already tried
1) restarting device
2) clear data from google play services
2) remove google account and sync again
The thing is, every other app is being installed and updated smoothly. I believe that there is something wrong with that specific app (and not with google play. Let me know if i am wrong).
Found the similar question on link with same error code but with no solution.
One of my customers had the same issue.
I sent him this link https://support.google.com/googleplay/troubleshooter/4592924?hl=en&rd=1 and it solved the problem.
So try to:
Restart your phone (it helped in my case)
Check your data connection
Make sure Download Manager is turned on
Check your device's available storage
Clear cache & data
Reinstall Play Store updates
Check for system updates
Also, if old version has been installed(or app with same package name, etc.) - try to remove it.
Let me know, if it helps.
I had the same problem with one of my app being published to prod while an alpha version was not published it.
Restarting the Phone helped.
Clear all data on the google play services and uninstall all updates do app will go back to the factory version.
I was able to download apps after I did this.
Many of our users are reporting to us that they cannot download our app as a fresh install or update their app They keep getting this error in google play
RPC:S-3 error retrieving information from server
Note: some of the users can download the app without any problem but it seems that a large part of them(at least 20%) cannot.
Have you encountered this? What should we do? Would uploading a new apk to google help in any way?
The problem seem to be a play store problem. I have helped people on this a few times. usually it works just to restart the device. Other times I had to delete the existing account and clear all data for play store, then reboot the device.
I have an app that I am making and have uploaded to the Google Play through my console and would like some people to test it.
I have created a Google Group and also added a different account for myself but get the following error:
BM-PPH-01
Has anyone else seen or know what this means?
I had the same problem after paying for an app and after that the download process didn't start.
My solution:
I visited the http://play.google.com/ website through my PC, searched for the app and selected the target device through the install-button.
BM-PPH-01 error message is usually shown when there is an incompatibility between any of the three App,Google Pay, Device.
The incompatibility can be the device's location such as Google play features not available when device is in China . An app can be restricted for downloading in US only.
The following links might provide some insights about this problem and possible workarounds.

I just now received the same error code [BM-PPH-01] when trying to push a paid app from the Play Store using my desktop web browser to my compatible mobile device.
As a workaround I was able to visit the Play store from my compatible mobile device - the app began downloading as soon as I opened the Play Store app. I had planned to click the app's Install button from the Play Store app but didn't need to.
I think I found the solution.
Change your main address in Google Wallet according to the country whose store your are trying to buy/download.
Ex: I was trying to download a film using the German store but my main Google wallet address was set to Portugl. I changed the address and now it works.
I found nothing on stackoverflow for a Google Play Store error "DF-BPA-10", but I was able to resolve the issue and am posting this question and answer for anyone who runs into the same issue.
This issue occurred on my Samsung Galaxy SIII running Jelly Bean (4.1.1), but other devices may be affected.
Upon accepting terms and conditions for applications, an error notification appears stating "Error processing purchase: [DF-BPA-10]". Neither restarting the device nor force stopping the Play Store resolves the error.
In order to resolve the error, perform the following:
Open up the "Settings" app on your android device, then navigate to "Application manager".
Find "Google Play Store" on the list (should be alphabetical) and tap it.
Tap the "Force stop" button and confirm to close the application.
Tap the "Uninstall updates" button and confirm. This will take the Play Store back to the factory version.
Open up the Play Store and accept terms & conditions.
You should now be able to install applications without the DF-BPA-10 error.
I had same issue because of violating terms of service of google while using it's service, so Google wanted me to verify account before it would let me make purchases again.
So verifying account could work for same account in this case.
