In an application, I am trying to implement a service which needs to run every time when device boot process completed.
Application unable to broadcast service only in MI devices.

I have checked the followings
Permission RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED declared and not within tag
receiver tag is being written correctly
Am I doing wrong or still missing something else? Do I have to call it at mainAcitivity which I doubt I should ? Any guidance are much appreciated.
Got the solution and it was a very dumb reason.
I'm using Oppo's phone to test and Oppo has its own Security Manager App where you have to manually allow specific apps to be start up automatically after boot. That's all.
I suspect most android phones has this feature as well thus bear in mind to check whether there is such app and if it does then remind the user to allow the apps in the Security Manager App before they start rebooting their phone and not able to use any service's your App intended to provide.

I find why my app in my phone can't get boot complete broadcast.
There is a Auto-start Manager setting in my Asus Phone.
When I allow my app to Auto-start , my App work fine....

1.Make sure you have turned on your app after you installed.I think you did it.

A broadcast receiver is an Android component which allows to register for system or application events(in your case the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED)
As soon as the Android loads up it broadcast a message that the boot is completed and all the applications that are registered to receivce that event will receive it and you can do your stuff...

Its depends on your requirement what kind of service you want to start and when you want to start that service. if you want to start particular service on startup then you have to register the reciever as Devangi Desai has mentioned and then you need to issue the startService() method.

In case you are on Android 3.1 or newer:
Make sure that you started your application at least once manually (e.g. by opening it from the app drawer). Otherwise your app is marked as stopped by the system:
Applications are in a stopped state when they are first installed but are not yet launched
Stopped apps do not receive any broadcast intents, including BOOT_COMPLETED.
See Android 3.1. Platform - Launch controls on stopped applications for more information.
The best answer would be to show a Notification and ask the user to launch the app from that notification and use a pending intent for that activity in the notification.

I can't see why you don't want to use BootCompleted, could you provide your reasons?
There is no other action that will alert your broadcast receiver of the boot. You will have to use BootCompleted.
As a note, I hope you are registering you BroadcastReceiver with the context (since you didn't include that code). If you're not using BootComplete, I don't know what action you've registered to expect your above code to execute.
Add this, to me work, but on new devices, there are no testing.
