I have a problem on developing subscription plan.

How to solve DF-CPA2-07 PlayMarket error?
It could work on first purchase when no plan is subscribed but fail on upgrading one plan to another. Got the error [DF-CPA2-07x8] from Google server. Clear data and cache for Google Store App doesn't work. Need some advice, thanks
This means the process took too long when doing the upgrade and timed out. It is a problem at the Google Play end. If it is happening frequently and repeatably for you then you should contact the Google Play Console support team and ask them to report it to the Google developers. They will collect some more information from you, and be able to look at exactly the request that is causing the problem. They will be interested in the exact error code, the app, and the account that was making the purchase, as well as the logs from your device.
You can contact support under the help menu in the Google Play console.

I published my app on google play store and it is using firebase phone authentication and firestore. At first some of my friends downloaded and used the app without problems, but later some new users complained about the error message on the below screenshot.
Since I am not testing on those phone, I could not find a solution for this problem yet. I searched this site and many on the Internet but those questions are about testing. As these messages get remote users who downloaded the app from google play, I could not find the solution for my situation yet. Please can someone help me to solve this?
After researching for sometime and getting advices from a friend I changed my Firebase Spark Plan (free) to Blaze Plan (Pay as you go) and the problem solved.
Hope you all are fine. I am trying to add in app purchases in my app.. Using google demo Trivial drive. I configure each and every thing in my play store account.. I don't know why I still am getting error retrieving information for the server. [DF-AA-20] Please anybody know the solution.. Much appreciated.. :)
As it says in the Testing in-app billing tutorial you need to upload a version of your App to the Play store and publish it (even if only to an Alpha testing track) before you can try In-app billing.
We started seeing this error from the play store when clicking on purchase -
We could not find a way to reproduce this error but users started seeing them recently. I could not find it on the list of known errors.
There are similar error codes like 'DF-DFERH-01' or 'DF-SA-01' which are solved by clearing the play services cache data or by removing the store account and adding it back. These methods did not solve the issue in the case of 'DF-AA-09' error.
We started seeing this error starting June 8th on the new version of google play store (11.0.55 or 11.0.56).
Anyone know what 'DF-AA-09' error means and how to reproduce and solve it?
You may refer with this General Fix for Google Play Services Error Message.
Empty Cache
Reset the App Preference
Add your Google Account Once Again
Reinstall Google Play Services
Clear the Cache under Google Framework Services
If none of this works, you should consider filing a report.
I asked about it in google play forum and this is the answer I got -
Your app users might encounter such errors when there is an issue with the purchase flow or the payment methods they are using. Forcing the Play Store app to stop and clearing the cache/data of Play Store app should help in such instances.
However, if their payment is declined, can't be processed, or is listed as "not eligible," trying the troubleshooting steps from the following help center article could help them fix payment issues on their accounts.
I do have an App at the PlayStore and a major problem with the current version. Everyday I get a lot of mails from customers saying that they paid for the InAppItem, but didn't get it.
There are two manifestations:
The customer receives a confirmation mail from google including the order number. But the order number is NOT in my Google checkout account. So Google is billing the customer, but I do not receive the money and my customer is not receiving the item. Even so it has been paid! If he tries to buy the item again an error message occurs, stating: 'failed: you already own this item"
The customer receives the item two days after purchasing it. But much earlier than that I can see the successful withdrawal on my checkout account.
Case 1 is very irritating and troublesome, as the customer wants money back, which I never received! In my opinion it's obvious, that this error is caused by Google, since in general this is not a problem and Google is sending these confirmation mails.
Is there someone, who had or have similar problems?
How can I contact Google regarding this matter? I did receive an answer asking me for details, but after describing it, I didn't get any response. Now I feel like they left me alone with my problem.
I would suggest to upgrade your app to the In App billing v3 api. It is way more reliable that the version 2.
I'm getting confuse with this error. I've used in-app purchased (Test Products) with my Android application. While I'm going to purchase item, after accept and subscribe it returns me following error:
error retrieving information from server. [DF-DFERH-01]
I've found from many post that issue coming from Google Play server. It'll solve after sometime. But this issue I'm getting from last 5 days. So is it really issue from Google play server or anything else going wrong with me?
I got the solution of this problem.
If you got this type of problem in future then no worry about it. Issue says that "Google play server is under maintenance. When it will update on your device, you will get update of google play. Update it with continue and your in-app is ready to use perfectly!!!"
Dat's it.
Thanks.
