I've been having issues with security while submitting to Google Play, but I've finally determined that the issue lies with Xiaomi Mi Game Center (thanks to this and the first image, from my Play Console). However, I can't seem to find any way to uninstall it. The option to remove it has disappeared from my Build Settings (image 2), so I tried to find it via Finder and didn't have much luck. I searched for it, but I didn't want to just start deleting files willy nilly in case I deleted something important (image 3). Any idea how to get rid of it? I'm using Unity 2019.2.13f1 on a Mac running High Sierra 10.13.6.
You should be able to remove it from the Build Settings indeed, I do see the option to remove it, but I am on 2018.4.11f1.
Can you try going to the package manager via Window --> Package Manager, and checking there? I do see it there, with also an option to remove it.

I have changed the package name from: com.android.co.smash
to: com.android.smash
but after changing the name is shows error:
com.android.co.smash/com.android.smash.views.activities.LoginActivity} does not exist.
it seems like the old name still exist, how can i solve this problem?
I've run into this problem when uninstalling the app and then trying to run it again from Android Studio. There seems to be some kind of bug where it thinks there is already a version of your app installed. Very weird. On your device, if you go into Settings > Apps & notifications > Your app, (If you have deleted the app) you will see all the options greyed out. In the top right corner click the 3 dots for the more options menu, then click Uninstall for all users. This will remove whatever remnants of your app are left on the device. Then you should be able to run it from Android Studio again without any issues.
Recently I installed Xamarin and the Android SDK in order to mess around with Android development. After spending all day fixing errors before writing a single line of code, this one has me stumped. I haven't found a solution anywhere on the internet.
I have installed the emulator and I have downloaded several system images. I have searched for this config.ini but didn't find which one the error seemed to be referencing. I can build the solution just fine but when I try to debug it just says "There were deployment errors", and in the output window just says "Error: cancelled."
Is there any way to solve this issue?
Thanks.
So I come across the same error message on my device manager. I solved it with following step:
Go to your ~\.android\avd. There should be a folder named
[YourDeviceName].avd. For my case it was Nexus_5X_API_28_x86.avd.
Inside the folder there should be a config.ini. Look for a property
named image.sysdir.1. Mine was image.sysdir.1=system-images\android-28\google_apis_playstore\x86\.
Make sure the your have properly downloaded such image in
%ANDROID_HOME%\system-images.
For me, it seems that I have installed Android SDK twice in two different locations with Android Studio & Visual Studio Xamarin installation, and they have messed up my device manager. So I uninstalled one and moved the images and it worked fine then. While this is probably a year too late for OP, I hope this could help someone in the future.
I just had the same issue.
You solve this problem like this:
Select the corresponding Android emulator device
Hit the Ellipsis character at the upper right corner of Android Device Manager
Select "Download system image" menu item
This will download the missing system images for your Android emulator.
Here are some screenshots, depicting the solution (they're in German):
I suspect Microsoft didn't add these because they're not courtesy of Google. You need to accept Google's license terms when downloading the images.
I found this question on different forums but they didn't helped me to find solution of my issue. I had port unity(5.4) game on my android device (OS 4.4). When i opened the game it crashed after displaying unity's default splash screen. I wonder, it was working fine on unity's editor but didn't worked well on device.
Here is the logcat file link. Please let me know if i can provide any additional information that may help to track the issue. Many thanks.

Ali
90% it's native plugins. Try to remove all your native android plugins. You can find them under Plugins/Android folder. You also need to remove all links or scripts that uses those plugins. Don't forget to make a back up. If your app won't crash, replace them with some others or connect with plugin development support.
I found the solution. I followed following steps.
Solution
Go to 'Player Settings' -> 'Other Settings'. Uncheck Auto
Graphic Api. Remove 'OpenGLES2' from list.
Test your game on better android device. In my case i tested on Samsung Glaxy S5.
If solution doesn't work
Remove all objects from scene. Port the project and test, if that
works, it means you need to remove unnecessary objects from scene
that need a lot of render power to load on mobile device.
Make sure your Android SDK is uptodated a long with JDK.
Just make sure Virtual Reality support is unchecked
I'm creating an Android app in Visual Studio. When I create the aligned APK to side load on my device (from the Tools -> Android -> Publish Android App), it installs and runs, but doesn't seem to have the very latest changes. The series of events I've experienced is as follows:
Installed a version of the app on my device
Updated a color on the login page and set the application theme (among other things)
Re-installed the app
Saw the new theme but not the new color on the login page
Made a random text change on the login page as a test
Re-installed the app
Saw the color change but not the random text change?!
Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong?
I have experienced similar issues, my go to for fixing this issue has been the following
Clean all projects.
Build all projects (especially the project containing the xcml files).
Delete (remove application) from the device.
If for some reason this doesn't solve the problem, typically a full restart of Xamarin Studio or Visual Studio does.
I have a similar weird problem where old code from only a single project doesn't get updated. All other projects do get updated/deployed. It only happens on a single emulator, only in Debug mode, and only for that one project.
Cleaning+rebuilding the entire solution did not work. However, telling VS to rebuild the individual project does.
Why doesn't rebuilding the solution rebuild the project? I have no freakin' clue, but I can consistently reproduce this issue and workaround.
In my case, I had a similar problem with connected device, and no one proposed solution like Clean\Rebuild\Restart\Reinstall\etc could help me.
At the same time on the AVD everything worked perfectly, latest code deployed ok.
I found that asked issue depended on selected settings in the [USB Developer] section on the connected device (mine was Xiaomi smartphone). Because some vendors provide us with too many security settings...
What I found, you have to turn on both USB Debugging & USB debugging (Security settings), and turn off MIUI Optimization (it's true for Xiaomi vendor, but you can check your device for similar options). Hope this helps.
Bluestacks stuck up on loading channel with a circle in the middle...
so far I had uninstalled and re-installed bluestacks several times but ended with the same issue.
I am using fastest internet connection in my pc using LAN / Wifi.
i found the solution , it seems that blue stacks trying to connect to some kind of store and he couldn't, i fix it up by running an app called psiphone 3 , its a free vpn app , after u run it u will notice that nothing change and the loading page still appear just wait for 5 minutes and the store list will appear after this try to download any launcher u want , and then ur problem will be solved
sorry bad english.
I've got the same issue and it looked like that the application 'com.bluestacks.gamepophome' is missing or corrupt. You can check the log file 'C:\ProgramData\Bluestacks\GameManager.log'.
The solution I applied is to use a different Launcher. I used ADW Launcher as an replacement. The benefit is that I can use more of the default Android apps as well.
If you are facing constant issues while running Bluestacks i.e Bluestacks Loading Screen problem then there's no need to worry anymore you can easily fix the issue by trying the following steps :
1 - Install Latest Bluestacks App player and install all additional software's required by bluestacks for proper operation
2 - Give Users Account Full Control Access

It was stuck and blinking for me. I resolved it by:
Go to Settings > Apps > All Apps
Select GamePopMain
Force Stop and Clear Data
And voila - it started working again
I had the same issue and what I figured is the GamePopMain is a launcher for BlueStacks. It has some issue in the Mac version for sure and on windows may have them as well. Install any other launcher and you will stop getting crashes and will be able to use it with out problems.
