Draft issue when publishing app on google paly console - android

I am trying to publish an app on google play console. It shows me "App Status" is "Draft" and "Update Status" is In Review". Is it ok?
My Google Play Console Screenshot

Select your app by clicking on its name. This will take you to the screen where you filled out the information for your store listing. A multitude of menu options can be found on the left side of the screen. Select Pricing and Distribution from the drop-down menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to acknowledge that the software conforms with US Export Laws and that it meets the Content Guidelines. Before you click any of the buttons, read the information for each one to make sure your program complies. You have to complete all the requirements.

How do I resubmit app for review in new platform?

I recently uploaded an app to play store, but the app got rejected on copyright issues.
I used the word "tiktok" in the title of the app, since my app is a country specific version of the same concept.
I have changed this now, but I cannot seem to find a way to "resubmit" the app for review in the new play store interface.
I have also changed app icon, and featured graphic.
However, I cannot seem to find a way to delete previous screenshots I uploaded, for phone and for tablets etc.
My first question is, how can I delete previous screenshots?
My second question is, how do I resubmit this app for review?
The dashboard where "All apps" are listed, its not showing the "resubmit for review" button there.
The production release section is also not showing the resubmit button.
How do I resubmit this app for review?
Thanks
Screenshots: In the "Main store listing" move your mouse over the screenshot. In the top right corner you will see a trash bin icon. Simply click it to delete the screenshot.
Then upload your new ones. Then click save. It will automatically be put up to review.
Google is very sensitive about using trademarks in the apps promotional content.
No other App names in the Title, Short Description and Long Description.
No other Apps Icons or graphics in your own graphics.
For a new apk. Simply increment the version number by one and upload it into production.

my app stays in "draft" mode (play store)

In my google developer console, all the app info is given but the publish mode is still "draft mode ".It show

Why can't I publish?
You need to complete the points below before you can publish your application.
You need to acknowledge that this application meets the Content Guidelines.

I cant see anywhere to click and accept some rules there! Anywhere in the console. Can anyone help?
I solved it.I miss this one is finally i found it.
Go to your the Developer Console. Click on your app's name. This will bring up the screen where you entered the data for your store listing. On the left side of the screen are a number of menu items. Click on the one for Pricing and Distribution. Scroll to the bottom of the page that comes up and there you will find the place to acknowledge that the app meets Content Guidelines and to acknowledge that it complies with US Export Laws.
Read the info for each before clicking them to ensure your app really does comply.
(For other people) sometimes reason why it stays in the draft mode is just applying the rating to the application is forgotten. After you fill the questionnaire dont forget to apply rating to the app.
For me, it was a missing translation for descriptions. You really need to be careful on that because it can't be found for current UI.

Can I change screenshots of the app after published?

I made an app and put that on Playstore. Is there a way I can change the screenshots of the app? Or if it is not possible will the update version remove the previous version and screenshots?
You can change the screenshots if you go to the Google Developer Console.
You select your app from the list, then go to store presence and select store listing from the menu on the left and there will be a graphic assets section on the page. You can add them there.
Steps to update Screenshots on Android Developer Console
Select the App to which the screenshot to be added from the list of App
From the Left click on Store preference, and inside that select Store listing.
Scroll down on that page and you can see Graphic Assets, from there you can add
In the new Google Play Console screenshots can be added like this:

Tap on "All apps"
Pick one of your apps

Old Google Play Console will be discontinued from November 2, 2020.
Go to https://play.google.com/apps/publish
Login and then go to All applications( from side menu)
Select your uploaded application
Then Store presence -> Store listing (form side menu)
On that page you'll find Graphic Assets section where you'll get different tabs for different devices(eg. PHONE, TABLET, ANDROID TV, WEAR OS) , there you can upload your application screenshots using the BROWSE FILES button.
Here's where you can manage your app’s graphic assets on the Play Console:

Select an app.
On the left menu, click Store Presence > Store listing.
Under "Graphic assets", you can upload your images and add a YouTube video.

I published an app to the google play store, How do I know which apk was uploaded?

As title states. I clicked on "Publish" in the google play developer console. And it said my app now got uploaded. But I dont know which apk file was uploaded. How can I find out?
EDIT: I am 100% signed in correctly. Here is an image of the tabs on the left.
In the tab with the android robot picture, it says I have no applications. But in the tab with the google controller thing, I can click on my app, look at the game details, leaderboards, achievements etc and I can click publish but I dont know what it's publishing...
Go to your Developer Console (All Applications) and then click on the app. On the left, there is a list of things to choose (Statistics, etc.) so click on APK.
That will tell you everything about the version and version code of the APK. You can click on the latest version to get some details on it, and at the top of the page it even tells you the package name.
You can by checking the version of the app. Click on all apps -> apk, then you see a list of apk's you uploaded and the current version number.
Are you sure that your app is on play store and not only in play game?
If you upload it with your account should be appared in the tab with android's icon

Status says Draft in Prod

I have completed all steps for making Android app (Google Developer Console). Everything is saved and my App Status says "Draft in Prod"
What is the next step to see the actual version in the Google Play Store?
You have to press the button "publish now" in the upper left corner.
It could be placed better, that's right
if all steps for publishing were completed on the upper right corner in the Google Developers Console under APK's tab should be a button to publish the app to the Google Play. Otherwise the same button will give you the option to view the reasons why it still can't be published.
Usually people (including me) forget to check 2 checkboxes at the end of Pricing & Distribution page (Content guidelines and US export laws) which are obligatory.
you have to convert all grey 'right mark' to green 'right mark' for this you need to fill all mandatory field.
all the mandatory fields are inside the menu with grey/green 'right mark'
