my app stays in "draft" mode (play store) - android

In my google developer console, all the app info is given but the publish mode is still "draft mode ".It show
<<
Why can't I publish?
You need to complete the points below before you can publish your application.
You need to acknowledge that this application meets the Content Guidelines.
>
I cant see anywhere to click and accept some rules there! Anywhere in the console. Can anyone help?

I solved it.I miss this one is finally i found it.
Go to your the Developer Console. Click on your app's name. This will bring up the screen where you entered the data for your store listing. On the left side of the screen are a number of menu items. Click on the one for Pricing and Distribution. Scroll to the bottom of the page that comes up and there you will find the place to acknowledge that the app meets Content Guidelines and to acknowledge that it complies with US Export Laws.
Read the info for each before clicking them to ensure your app really does comply.

(For other people) sometimes reason why it stays in the draft mode is just applying the rating to the application is forgotten. After you fill the questionnaire dont forget to apply rating to the app.

For me, it was a missing translation for descriptions. You really need to be careful on that because it can't be found for current UI.

App Icon on Amazon website differs from app icon on developer console

On developer.amazon.com there is an option to add multimedia images
and a place to insert your app icon
When I updated my app, I added new icons just like this. Now that my app rollout is complete, when I go to amazon.com to view the app listing, it looks like the old app icon.
How do I update the listing on amazon.com? Is there a separate place to do it? I can't find anything online.
Yes, the Images & Multimedia tab is the right place to update your app listing on amazon.com. Once you "save" the changes, be sure to click "submit app" to publish the changes. It may takes couple hours for it to propagate.
You may also want to clear your browser's cache in case it's caching the old images.

Unpublish app button doesn't work

I couldn't understand why the 'Unpublish app' button in Google's Developer Console isn't available (I can see it, but not press it).
It looks as if the link is disabled.
Unpublish app
Anyone has any idea why is it so?
You have turned on manage publishing that’s why your button is not working
You have to turn the manage publish off. Then this button will work.
For more you can see this solution video
https://youtu.be/EaH1Ls04uK8
If the Unpublished button is not working - you have to turn off
the Managed publishing status. See these attached screenshots:
On Google Play Console:
Open Publishing Overview tab. If Managed Publishing turned on, then turn it off by clicking the 'Manage' button.
Now you can open Advanced Settings and unpublish the app by choosing the 'Unpublished' switch. Don't forget to Save changes.
That's it ))
This is most probably because the app is still being distributed. It takes a couple of hours for the app to the released. This depends on the localisation of the app. if you left this default, the app will be distributed worldwide.
According to Android Authority:
It takes a few hours for the app to appear. The publication process
is automatic and it isn’t too long before your app becomes available
for download.
Wait for a bit and try again. It also seems very wierd from Google, however the label has a grey color, making it seem unavailable. In fact it would be available, when clicking on it.
From my understanding, you cant un-publish an app that is being used. Or after more than 24 hours of publishing.
This is to stop you un-publishing an app that someone has purchased etc.
I had to contact their support team to remove one of my apps. And they something similar to the above (which criteria i met as only I had installed it), so were able to remove it for me.
Contact support for more help / advice on the issue, specific to the app you wish to remove.

Status says Draft in Prod

I have completed all steps for making Android app (Google Developer Console). Everything is saved and my App Status says "Draft in Prod"
What is the next step to see the actual version in the Google Play Store?
You have to press the button "publish now" in the upper left corner.
It could be placed better, that's right
if all steps for publishing were completed on the upper right corner in the Google Developers Console under APK's tab should be a button to publish the app to the Google Play. Otherwise the same button will give you the option to view the reasons why it still can't be published.
Usually people (including me) forget to check 2 checkboxes at the end of Pricing & Distribution page (Content guidelines and US export laws) which are obligatory.
you have to convert all grey 'right mark' to green 'right mark' for this you need to fill all mandatory field.
all the mandatory fields are inside the menu with grey/green 'right mark'

Store listing is not activated in Google Play while trying to publish my app

I am trying to publish my newly developed app in Google Play. I have done this earlier. In google developer console I have uploaded my app successfully and it is showing activated. But in the store listing I have filled all mandatory information, still it is not activated. I have attached a screen shot of the store listing page. There you can see on the screen shot that I have filled all mandatory fields. When I check "why I can't publish" menu on right most corner, it showing me "You need to add a title" and "You need to add a description". But I already filled those out. Does anyone have any idea on this?
For me it was because I didn't have at least two screenshot images.
For others it may be different. You can hover your mouse over the grayed out checkbox to see what is still missing.
If You added other languages, You have to fill all this stuff separately. Click "Languages" and check if other ones are enabled and check if You filled them too...

How do you remove your own app from the android market

I uploaded an app onto the android market, but i found a bug in it and want to remove it for now. How can I do that?
Solution as mentioned below: From the developer console, click the link for your app. Scroll to the bottom, there are 2 buttons - "Unpublish" and "Save". Click "Unpublish"
Question and answer are a bit old and it seems the Developer Consoler UI has changed since then, because I don't find the "Unpublish" button at the bottom of the screen.
In fact, it's easier to find now, but it took me a while. From the Developer Console, click in the link for your app. In the header with information about your app, you'll find a link with the text "Unpublish app" (see the screenshot).
You go to market dev console and unpublish it. There is a huge button "Unpublish" at the bottom of the screen with your app
