My Google Play Developer account has been terminated due to Prior violations, and my apps are removed from google play.
I had two apps with in-app purchase that unlock some features in the apps, and many users use them.
My question is: what will happen with users who already make in-app purchase? will they still have these features they paid for? and if I upload updates in other store or any hosting site, do this affect previous in-app purchase made when it was in google play?
-Update: 3 weeks from terminating my account, in-app purchase still working as long as i'm leaving my billing codes in the app.
I think in-app purchase will not affect by termination.
what will affect is admob because it need publishing in an store.
But is there anything affected for any of the Firebase services.
after about 3 months, there is no effect.
in-app purchased items are working without any problem after app removed from play store.
Also working with new update as long as IAP codes are still in the app

So to make it clear my question has following points to make it more easy to understand.
if I publish an app on google play a very simple app which will take my users through dynamic link to an outside apk hosted on my website because my main app (on my website) clashes with google play policies. So I can't publish it on google play.
Will I be having any issue with Google policies if I publish such a simple app which doesn't really interfere with any google policies but takes my users to an app outside of play store which is not in line with google policies. Thanks!

I am an android programmer . Recently I have developed an android software and now want to uploaded this apps in Google Play Store . I want to up this app as paid apps . I have come to know that I have to open an account in Google Play Store by $30 .
But I have some confusion regarding this whole matter . Can u plz help me by answering the following question .
1. WHEN people buy the app from google play store how will I get paid for the app
2. Can I first upload the app as free app and then turn this app as paid app ?
1.WHEN people buy the app from google play store how will I get paid for the app
Ans you have to link your merchant account with your developer console you can do this by
1) First, log into your Google Play Developer Console.
2) Click on the Financial reports tab in the left navigation bar.
3) From there, select Set up a merchant account now.
4) then follow the steps and then go to Account and click on add account then fill out the form and then follow what they say.
2.Can I first upload the app as free app and then turn this app as paid app
Ans No You can't it is asked before hands that your app is paid or free.
You will get paid via your bank account. You need to register a bank account with Google Play Mechanism. After that, you will receive a confirmation amount via email. Enter this amount to verify your Google account, then you can receive money via this bank account. You will receive it once a month. Also, you can check the payment history as well.
You can't. You need to identify it clearly before uploading it as you can't change in the future.

I'm from country where you can buy apps from Google Play Market, but you can not sell, e.g. if I create an app for android, I can only publish it to download for free. Can anybody suggest any alternative services or methods, how I can sell my apps?
Please think/suggest how would you do it?
Something like user downloads the app, pays through PayPal, app checks if payment was made and then app start...
Thanks in advance!
It is against Google Play's ToS to use third party billing vendors like PayPal etc. You run the risk of having your account suspended if you do.
I started selling apps from India before it was officially supported. To do this, I registered an LLC in USA. I paid LegalZoom ~$200 to take care of the registration etc. So far, its worked out pretty well for me, and I haven't felt the need to change this method even though India is now supported as a direct merchant.

I need some clarification on the (ambiguous) Android Terms of Service regarding In app purchases with a subscription model.
We are creating a content-based Android app that we would like to sell in the Market using recurring subscriptions.
Here are my questions:
If we use the Android Market in-app billing model, would we need to confirm the purchase every month with the user when we bill their account? Or can we simply ask them when they initially subscribe and then charge them on a monthly basis without a confirmation?
Ideally, we really would like to use the Paypal Mobile Payment Library to collect the monthly fee (saves money). If we are collecting our recurring subscription payment each month using Paypal, does this violate the TOS for Android and will our app be pulled by them? Also, we do not want the user to confirm each month that they agree to the charge. We have already have an iphone app released that charges the user on a monthly basis -- we do not need to ask them each month to confirm. The user is simply charged via Apple Subscriptions. We are trying to recreate the same model using Android.
I have looked on various forums for an answer to my second question, but there is so much ambiguity and no one in the Android Community seems to have clearly addressed the answers to these questions.
Thank you in advance....
If you put this on the Amazon Market you can use the Amazon in app billing api. I believe this is also allowed to be used outside the Amazon market

Hello I am currently in Pakistan and when I start Google sample in-app billing application it says that
"Can't Make Purchase: The market
billing service is not available at
this time. You can continue to use
this app but you won't be able to make
purchases."
Please if any body know that complete list of supported countries or knows what is going wrong please tell me.
http://developer.android.com/guide/market/billing/billing_integrate.html#billing-implement
UPDATE
Application has been uploaded on market but not published, uploaded as a draft
Product list has been created and published
Application on device signed with same key, than application on market.
Email registered in Market app is in test emails list.
Android Market application version than 2.3.6
Android OS version is 2.3.4 Nexus One
you go here you country is not there http://www.google.com/support/androidmarket/developer/bin/answer.py?answer=150324
think thats the problem
There are may be several reasons.
Application not uploaded on market.
Application on device signed with different key (it may be debug key), than application on market.
Email registered in Market app is not in test emails list.
Android Market application version lower than 2.3.4
You can find checklist for testing here.
List of countries is here. Pakistan is in list.
Upd: #subspider is right. Pakistan is not in list of countries available for merchants. You may buy applications and do in-app purchases, but you can't publish paid applications or applications with in-app payments.
Quote from In-App Billing Availability and Policies
In-app billing is available to developers in supported locations for merchants.
