I have this code:

Can somebody helps me. Why android:layout_gravity="bottom" doesn't work? If you have the better solution, please help me.

A vertical LinearLayout will only honor horizontal gravity; a horizontal LinearLayout will only honor vertical gravity. Use RelativeLayout, or else use android:layout_weight to distribute extra vertical space where you want it.

android:layout_gravity="bottom" here goes for text inside button.
If you want buttons anchered to the bottom, you should provide android:gravity="bottom"> to first inner LinearLayout.

The parent controls the gravity so android:gravity="bottom" should be in the containing linear layout instead. Note this will affect all of the views. If you want only the last view to hug the bottom, either use a RelativeLayout or place a plain view in between the two images and set its layout_weight to 1.

Scroll View not work properly with padding

I have a problem in my Activity. The ScrollView doesn't scroll down to the bottom.

What Can I do?
Since removing LinearLayout's padding worked, but you want it to have padding, why not just surround it with another LinearLayout and let only this outer LinearLayout to have a padding. And remove the inner LinearLayout's padding. This is probably not a very good style, but worth a try.
If you want to avoid this, you can also try removing the padding from the LinearLayout and adding a margin to all it's children.
EDIT: Since you really need that padding, adding an empty view at the bottom will definitely solve your problem, but it's not a good solution either:

How to place 2 views to the bottom of the parent but one stacked above the other?

In a RelativeLayout if a view has android:layout_alignParentBottom="true” then it is placed to the bottom of the parent.
If 2 views have android:layout_alignParentBottom="true” then both are placed on the bottom, but 1 above the other.
How can I have 2 view to have the setting android:layout_alignParentBottom="true” and one to be stacked over the other?
android:layout_above seems to be not applicable/working for this case.

layout_above means "above" in a Y direction, not in a Z direction, if that makes sense. If you want them to overlay, remove the layout_above attribute and make them both layout_alignParentBottom=true.
They won't be placed one after another if you have set only android:layout_alignParentBottom="true”. Please paste your layout xml so that the real issue can be found.

2 RelativeLayouts in one layout

I've decided to use 2 RelativeLayouts for my app, one Layout for one portion of child Views on the screen to the left, the other for child Views to go to the right.
The problem is I don't know how to lay them out in XML so that the middle white space isn't included when I inflate my Layout.
This is what I want.
When I use 1 RelativeLayout, the middle white space is filled with the RelativeLayout, and I can't touch anything behind it.

This will create a LinearLayout with 2 RelativeLayouts using layout_weight to space the RelativeLayouts and then you can populate the RelativeLayouts with whatever you want.
The Buttons are just place holders for the example.

ScrollView don't scroll?

I've a ScrollView / RelativeLayout / FrameLayout and I inside put programmaticaly some widgets.
Here is the gui xml :

In the FrameLayout, I put programaticaly another RelativeLayout, and other widgets inside.
With some widgets (text, image, buttons), I can't scroll. With other (a linearlist with text), I can scroll.
Why ? Is there a solution ?

First remove frame layout. You should use some other layout like relative instead of framelayout. Becasue Framelayout is not expanding and there fore scroll view is not working. If you use linear or relative then they will expand and you will be able to scroll.
Have you tried without the android:fillViewport="true" ?

Adding view to bottom of layout inside a scrollview

So my layout looks basically like this:

I have the ScrollView so all of the layout always is visible no matter the height of the screen. The problem is that on a very high screen, I still want my ImageView to be at the bottom. However, a child of a ScrollView don't seem to have a defined bottom. The View is placed at the top of the layout. How can I solve this problem in a neat way?
I ran into the same issue. I never could find a very pleasing solution, but here is how I did it. Maybe someone else has a better way, I hate adding layouts that don't do anything.
My hack was to add a dummy linearlayout at the bottom of the scrollview that has fill_parent to take up all the room and force the scrollview to fill the screen. Then add whatever component I want to that linearlayout.

I had the same issue and found this page:

Basically, you set the ScrollView's android:fillViewport to true, which will allow the child view to expand to the same height as the ScrollView itself, filling out the space. You then just need to have one of the child controls' layout_height set to fill_parent and layout_weight to 1, causing that control to "spring" to fill the empty space.
Note that if the contents of the ScrollView are already tall enough to fill the ScrollView, the android:fillViewport has no effect, so the setting only kicks in when needed.
My final XML looks like similar to this:

it seems that the linearlayout isn't necessary, all that is important is the fillViewPort.
you could just use

now that you have specified the relativelayout to be at least the size of the screen.

Joel Malone's answer Adding view to bottom of layout inside a scrollview does that trick. My solution is almost the same, except that I use Space widget to do the work of filling the rest height inside the parent layout. Like this:

Attention:
fill_parent in the other answers is noted as deprecated for a long time;
Compare to an empty LinearLayout to fill the rest of parent layout, I think Space is much more appropriate(it's designed to do that job.)
Finally, don't forget that important attribute at the beginning of ScrollView: android:fillViewport="true". They together make this trick.
just put this attribute android:fillViewport="true" to your ScrolView
and you will got what you need

The way i found was to create a view with 1dp height and aa id (lets say android:id="#+id/bottomView") at the bottom of your XML page.
