My problem is that when I try to send file to server I get "localhost/127.0.0.1:80 - Connection refused" exception. Do someone of you know what I doing wrong? Thanks for every help and tip.

From the documentation url.openConnection() return URLConnection not HttpURLConnection so the method getResponseCode() not exist. Your downcast to HttpURLConnection will not work. Also all data will be send after flush method.

File does not upload to server using http on Android 4.03

I recomend to use the HttpClient for upload files.
