Nest ScrollView

there are two webviews in scrollview.

<LinearLayout>
<WebView></WebView>
<WebView></WebView>
</LinearLayout>
</ScrollView>
I want to make two webviews looks like one webpage. currently, my solution is make webview's height equal to webview's contentHeight. and disable scrollability of webview. but for very big html. it's not a good solution. webview has to render the whole html. I want to use nestedscrollview. make two webviews' height equals to nestedscrollview's height. but I dont known how to deal the events.

WebView is just loading white screen

I am trying to start a new activity with a WebView but when I try and load the activity, I am just brought to a white screen.
My Activity just has this as the code

Try this
trainingWebview.getSettings().setJavaScriptEnabled(true);
trainingWebview.get settings().setLoadsImagesAutomatically(true);
trainingWebview.loadUrl(url);

Try to open the url in your app and not using your navigator
WebView trainingWebview = (WebView) findViewById(R.id.web_trainingVideos);
//New line to open the url in your app
trainingWebview.setWebViewClient(new WebViewClient());
trainingWebview.loadUrl(url);
trainingWebview.getSettings().setJavaScriptEnabled(true);

It turns out that it was an issue with self signed certificates contacting the server I was using.

Android webview content sometimes not fit the width

In my application ,
first I have some html code as string , then I load it into the webview like this:

The problem is , the content inside webview sometimes fit to the width , however, it sometimes not fitting and exceed the width. It happen randomly , so when I click on the tab and reload the webview, it sometimes fit the view and sometimes exceed the view. How to fix this? Thanks a lot

Use the WebView Properties as

After you are done with this the next thing that you have to see is that the website which you are trying to get the content in your webview is responsive or not means that whether its working for all the screens at clear and fine resolution.if not then you must make the webpage Responsive to you that in Webview with as example

Please add below code in manifest file:

webview is not displaying correct

I am trying to load google page in my webview. But it's not working and gave me errors like The website is not available. The webpage google might be temporarily down or it might have moved permanently to a new address. And suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Make sure you're setting a WebViewClient to your WebView and that you declare the INTERNET permission in the manifest.
To set the client:
wv.setWebViewClient(new WebViewClient());
To declare the permission in the manifest:
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
Those are the only things that I see missing in your code.
Also, it's much more common practice to subclass WebViewClient to handle different page events instead of using the default client object.

Android: How to display a fullscreen layer (hide onClick)?

I'd like to pop up a layer in fullscreen mode (overlays the whole desktop) and hide on click.
I'm new in Android developing and looking for something like this (pseudocode):

this.hide();

<div id="layer" class="fullscreen">I'm a annoying layer, click me!</div>
Does anyone have a solution, code snippet, tutorial or some keywords to google for? I follow some basic tutorials right now and would like to know in which direction I've to focus.
