App deployment with Cultured Data for mobile apps - android

We are developing some mobile apps for iOs and Android platforms. And our target markets are different countries. At the moment we create an app for every each market (same app with new cultured data). This creates lots of provisioning profiles, apps , manageability issues...etc
I wonder what is the best practise for this case.

Mobile app and web service distribution advice

My team and I are working on a mobile app. A feature of this mobile app is to have the ability to register their device with multiple organizations who are our clients. We distribute to our clients multiple applications and web apps, one of them is a web api application so the mobile application can retrieve data. Having this type of distribution can cause issues because there could be a user on the latest version of the application trying to access an older version of the api which may or may not have all of the same properties on a DTO.
Are there known patterns or thoughts on how to deal with an situation like this?

Corona app and device registration

Hello everyone,
im making a app for android and ios on corona, and when im testing it on my phone(iPhone 4s) it works properly.
But when i try to install it on a device that is not a registered device on apple developer it keeps on installing and it wont work.
is there any way to register a provisioning profile without specifying the devices? i just need the app for a small company. its internal so it wont need to go to the stores.

There are 3 types of iOS developer programs:
Standard,
Enterprise,
University
For distributing your app within a company (so called In-House apps), you will need an iOS Developer Enterprise Program. There's a video on that on Apple Developer portal.
The difference between the first two:
The standard individual and standard company programs are intended
for developers who create free and fee-based iOS apps for distribution
on the App Store.
The iOS Developer Enterprise Program is intended for companies who
create proprietary, in-house iOS apps for internal deployment within
the company only.

Mobile Application Upgrade/Update Framework

I am developing a few mobile apps for different platforms including Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android and Symbian S60.
I want my mobile apps to have the capability of checking for updates before starting and in case a new version is available, prompt the user to upgrade. Moreover in certain cases (like security patches), the user must be forced to update or the app won't work.
Surely I can cook some code to achieve the task but I was wondering if there are already existing framework to serve the purpose so that I don't have to re-invent the wheel and test all over?
If you are seeking a single solution for all four of those platforms, I strongly suspect you are out of luck. While all four could just look at your Web site for some current-version page to see whether an update is available, the actual means of applying that update will vary widely.
In the case of Android, if you are distributing through the Android Market, you can link the user over to the Market app to pick up the update.
