Your device isn't compatible with this version in Asus Nexus 7-inch tab

I developed my app for only Tablets. It was working fine previously but playstore app is not even listing my app on Nexus 7-in Tablet after recent update of my app. On playstore website it's showing the message -"Your device isn't compatible with this version". I'am able to see and download my app on 10-in Tablet. On developer console the Nexus7 is listed there as compatible.
These are the permissions and features added in my manifest.

Android Can't download alpha app to nexus 7

I'm testing an android application through the testing services on google play. Now I can't download it to a nexus 7. It says `Your device isn't compatible with the version! I've looked into the issue and it's apparently something to do with my permissions in my Manifest file, from what I've read it's to do with the camera feature. Now I don't use this feature on my applicaiton so I'm assuming it's because I'm using a different permission of feature on the application. Below is my manifest file:

You are requesting the CALL_PHONE permission. this will automatically require all devices to have a telephony feature.
add the following to your manifest.

error no eligible devices for app install,how can I solve this?

I write a android app, I install my app to my samsung tablet 3 by using eclipse, it works fine,
but when I put my app to google market , And I enter market with my tablet I want to install my app but it says no eligible devices for app install
what is the problem I do not understand.

I think it is the Camera permission that blocks the installation.
As you can see here, you can add the fallowing element and it should work :
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" android:required="false" />

The problem is vibrate permission. I remove that permission and vibrate code in my project it works and seen my tablet on market.

My App is not compatible with Samsung Tab2

When I search my app from a Samsung tab 2 the application is not found, but when searching from other devices like the Galaxy s2 it is found. This app is compatible with some devices. I checked my manifest and permission but it is still incompatible -- Thanks in advance.

It's probably:
android:xlargeScreens="false"
Change that to true

So:
I think it is meant for really big screens like TV's, but did you try:
android:xlargeScreens="true"
Maybe the tablet's screen is defined as extra large?

my application from store visible for acer tablet that is android 3.2.1 but it not visible for samsung tab p3100 that is 4.1. What can i do?

Its because of android:targetSdkVersion="11". It should be android:targetSdkVersion="16" for that.
Permission android.permission.CAMERA implies requirement of features android.hardware.camera and android.hardware.camera.autofocus. Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (p3100) doesn't have autofocus. May be it is the reason.
Permissions that Imply Feature Requirements.
SO you can try with adding below line into manifest
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera" android:required="false" />
