How to develop voice recognizing app like talking tom - android

How to develop voice recognizing app like Talking Tom?
1. My request is how to recognize the voice without any events like buttons, touch events)
2. All voice recording sample containing through button, but my requirement is recognizing voice when user talk on that time recording voice and when user stop voice it automatically modify the voice in some other voice like Tom or parrot

How to get the time of each audio sample

so from my understanding is that the mediarecorder saves audio samples and binds them with a timeStamp to be able to seek through the audio file later (by the help of a prgressbar):

How to make reverse video and editing in video file in android programmatically? [duplicate]

I have created functionality to record video in my app.
When I play a song, that song is recorded with video and a video file is created, similar to a dubshmash application.
Now the problem that I am facing is that other voices such as near by sounds also get recorded. The song file is recorded in the video record screen and I play the song when video recording activity launches.
How can I have my application record only song with video?
mediaRecorder.setAudioSource(MediaRecorder.AudioSource.CAMCORDER);
mediaRecorder.setVideoSource(MediaRecorder.VideoSource.CAMERA);
mediaRecorder.setProfile(CamcorderProfile.get(CamcorderProfile.QUALITY_HIGH));
Is there any solution in audio source set as a speaker , because song sound going through a speaker? if is it another possible way please reply me.
You can record video without audio and merge audio later on using mp4 parser like this:

There is currently no way to directly record android output without "background noise".
Note that this is a security concern to restrict access to other apps audio output, therefore it is very unlikely that it could be achieved directly.

I am trying to add effect in audio, I have recorded audio using MediaRecorder and added effects using SoundPool class now I am trying to save the effected sound but I found that sound i can't store a sound using SoundPool. Android Media Recorder - Record Audio in Pieces

I have an app that encodes in amr_nb format and output the file in amr. I want the recorded file to be broken into a series of amr files of 2 KB each. Got no clue on how to achieve this.
Here is the function called upon clicking Record Button

Here is the method called upon clicking Stop Button,

Then register your listener to MediaRecorder that gets a callback when the max file size is reached, then set up MediaRecorder to record the next file. Be aware there's a (good?) chance this will not produce a series of gapless files.
