There is "advertise app" reference only for my free applications in Android Developer Console. How to advertise Android apps for sale?
Where is the best place to advertise? How it works?
Should I always insert some code to the app?

Also, look into In-house ads if you have other apps (i.e. if you use AdMob) and Tap for Tap

Someone copied my game Minesweeper 3D and republished it on Google Play with the same name, description, resources, etc. Only the logo and icon were changed!
I checked the other apps from the same "developer" and they are all copies.
This question is not about how to prevent piracy, it is about how to formally report this developer/publisher to Google.
I'm not posting the link here to avoid additional traffic/downloads for these apps
Google has a page that will walk you through the process of requesting a take down on any of its services, including Google Play.

I have bought a license (account) to develop free Android apps. Is there any limitation to the number of apps I can upload?
Thanks.
I asked this very question during a Hangout with the guys from Google. They said they weren't aware of any limit.
My company has going on for nearly 300 apps now.

I am developing an application that has some digital contents like image, audio etc is there. I need to implement the In-App payment in the application so that users can purchase the content and enjoy it. How do i implement it ?
Please look at the android documentation on In-app Billing.
You can start with the Android In-app Billing sample application and modify the code to make it work in your app:
