I got 2 reviews and only can see them in the developer console. The corresponding ratings are visible in Google Play but the reviews not. I went through all the languages offered in the dropdown at the bottom of the webpage and couldn't find them. Why is this?

I had developed an application 4 months back and it has been downloaded by nearly 13000 users already. But Google has decommissioned my app a couple of weeks ago stating that we had performed SEO on the product description, which we haven't. I have been trying to reach Google regarding the same issue but in vain.
Please share your experience with this.

I have an app and at the end of app, I want to display advertisement...just like other apps showing the advertisment of olx and other sites or products.

What does the install's graph on an app's market page relate too, because for the apps I have in the market, the graph on the market page does not relate in any way to the data available in the developers area?

I see on admobs site they want you to take your revenue and turn it around and spend it in advertising with them. Is there anyway to just get them to deposit it to paypal or something similar?

I have a app called PlayText which lets you to listen to the text from websites as audio.(It's some kind of voice browser)
I have choosen the category as Productivity..Whether that is the right category for it?
I'd say Apps > Productivity is a good selection.
