I am confused with two things about Google Play
Supported locations for distributing applications
and Supported locations for merchants
I live in Pakistan. My question is can I sell apps on android play store? I have read about countries where developers can sell apps. But in allowed country merchant's page, my country is not listed. So what that means?
If your country is not listed in Supported locations for distributing applications page that means you can't sell unless you have account in those particular country

I am from a region where I cannot open Google merchant account but I have a free Play account means I cannot publish paid apps. I want to ask, can I earn money if I publish free apps with ads in it, like using AdMob.
Yes you can!

Whats the cheapes price you can charge for a android app in the google play market
$0.99 is the minimum for the master price. For non-US markets, probably per-country limits exist; I didn't test them all.
The price is a free entry field on Google Play, but there's a validator that won't let you specify less that 0.99.

I have bought a license (account) to develop free Android apps. Is there any limitation to the number of apps I can upload?
Thanks.
I asked this very question during a Hangout with the guys from Google. They said they weren't aware of any limit.
My company has going on for nearly 300 apps now.
