I am trying to use DroidDraw.org for designing the user-interface, here, but it does not allow copying it to the clipboard. Does there exist some tool to design and copy-paste things?
I cannot help with the copy-paste -ban but the following threads poped up in SO:

Layout design help Android
Open it in Chrome. Right click the text you wanna copy. Choose Inspect. You'll see the html at the bottom of the browser. Right click appropriate html and choose edit as html. Copy from there.

I am new to Android Application Development. As an Android Developer it is better to have a source, PDF file etc that contains the whole list of UI components of Android application with their names and screenshot.
For example:
Titlebar:
Navigation Side Menu:
Etc.
Before negative marking my question please note that i did lot of search for this purpose and right now i am at the Material Design, tutlane, and android developer official website. But the content there is spread and not collected to keep it as a pocket document. Can anyone have a source of such information to share here. Thanks !!!
See this site about material design. I think big part of views are described and showed there.material.io

I need a tool where the user can draw an flowchart easily, and export this to a HTML and CSS file.
My intention to save this HTML code in a database, and get this from my android app, and show this in a Webview.
Do you know some flowchart tool for to do that?
Thank you!
Have a look into Lucid Chart API, I know there is an embed code option, which could help you, but there's always a save the charts to an image file.
There might be a specific tool out there to do that function, but I am guessing it would be difficult to find or require an upfront cost to use. I would anticipate that you most likely will have to strap something together yourself.

I've look all over and i didn't find any good tool that could help me to create themes for my application.
Not that o don;t need to create layouts, but to customize appearance of existing layouts.
Ideal would be a tool that would load layouts from my android application and work on them, but it would me more than sufficient to work on some demo layouts.
Maybe something similar as this web tool http://jquerymobile.com/themeroller/?ver=1.1.0&style_id=20120622-116
It would be nice to have predefined themes.
Do you know such a tool ?

Android Asset Studio has many useful tools, especially the Holo editor.
You can get pretty decently designed icons and PSD templates here

Are there any ready-made mobile HTML5/CSS3 templates available on the net (for webapps). I don't want to have a native look nor want a native look with webapps. But I want kewl eye-catching designs with a lot of colors. As I'm a developer I'm a super noob at designing. Let me know if you guys use any resources.
P.S.To be specific I needed it for holding two countdowns (placeholders) & 2 images.
I usually look at DeviantArt for UI ideas,
http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=§ion=&q=iphone+app+template
From there you could find one you like and code it.
Also look at this link for a backbone template,
http://html5boilerplate.com/mobile
A simple google search would have led you here...

I'm looking for XML Design templates for Android for last 2 days.
Please help me to get the stylish and fancy XML templates that i can reuse after customizing them.
Any response is appreciable.
Thank you.
Have you tried looking at open source projects on Google Code or Github? I know this has helped me with UI re-use for creating action bars, etc (along with other patterns now found at http://developer.android.com/design). I know 'iosched' over at Google Code has helped me learn about layouts. As far as pre-defined templates, I do not know of a specific repository for this. Hope this helps.
