Centering a table layout in scroll view

Currently, I have a scrollview set up like so for when the keyboard pops up:

This centers the linearlayout horizontally and vertically, however the columns are not lined up when the textViews have variable length text. I want to use a tablelayout so that the columns are lined up like so:

However, the tablelayout won't center horizontally. Also, in both layouts, the top portion of the layout (Headings and top of first row) is cut off when scrolling with the keyboard up. How can I center the tablelayout both horizontally and vertically and make it so the top portion of the layout is not cut off when scrolling?

Android layout is missing elements when debugging on phone

I am experiencing some strange behaviour with my layouts. As you can see from the screenshot below (of the layout in eclipse) the 'register' button appears just fine at the bottom of the screen.

However, if you now take a look at the following screenshot taken on my phone (HTC ONE X) whilst debugging, the button is completely cut off with plenty of space.

Your TableLayout has layout_height set to fill_parent, change it to wrap_content.

How to align ImageView & TextView align right in a Linear Layout

Heigth of ImageView

i want to add two imageViews in one layout, images i will set from galery (diferent size of image).Defaut images- all is ok. But when i set image from galery (image one)- a get a lot free space (image two)

It worked for a similar problem i've had some time ago.

have you tried to set the height of both the problematic linearLayout and the imageView to wrap_content?
also, have you tried to set a weight (to 1) to the problematic linearLayout and then set its height to 0px ?

Header Layout Hidden When Scrolling With Soft Keyboard Shown

I have a strange error with ScrollView.
When the soft keyboard is not shown, scrolling works fine on both 2.2, 2.3 and 4.0.
But when the soft keyboard is shown, scrolling makes header layout invisible on 2.2 and 2.3.
What's wrong with my layout?
Please give me your suggestion.
