Enabling USB debugging after re flashing the phone - android

I want to enable the usb debugging option in android phone automatically after my phone is flashed.
Is there any possible way I can tell my device without usb debugging option on.
All I want is to get my USB debugging option on automatically.
Thanks in Advance

use Settings.System with ADB_ENABLED and android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS, but settings cannot be changed by normal application , it requires rooted phone :(

How to enable usb debugging mode?

I forgot my mobile pattern and now i wanna recover without factory reset of my device.
The developer options is turned off and I cannot turn on usb debugging as well.
How do I enable usb debugging and remove my pattern?
I cant even run adb commands, because when i run adb devices I don't see any devices listed there.
This is not possible, for security reasons - if it were possible, someone who had stolen your phone would be able to unlock it as well.
I don't think this is possible. Upon googling though, I found a link. I am not sure if it works but you can give it a shot.

Please note that debugging must be enabled on your phone so that ADB can detect and communicate with it.
You can disable Developer options and USB debugging using the following commands respectively.
settings put global adb_enabled 0
settings put global development_settings_enabled 0
Try them and share if they work for you.
Here's a link.
I.e. go to About Phone in settings and tap the build number seven times.

Android Studio Device Offline While Plugged In

I have tried EVERYTHING I could find on this but still no solution.
I have a Samsung s6 edge Plus 32 GB. I am trying to deploy an app on Android Studio but it always shows the device as offline. What I have tried
Unplugging and plugging back
Restarting device
Enabling debugging on device
Shuffled and tried different transfer protocols
Installing and Uninstalling Samsung drivers
Checking 'Enable ADB integration' under Tools -- Android
Checking android studio & driver updates
Any help will be greatly appreciated
This happens sometime, even when USB Debugging is on. Try this:
Go to Settings->Developer Options
Search for Revoke USB Debugging Devices
Revoke all existing devices
Disable USB Debugging and enable it
Now connect your phone to system with USB cable
Wait, and a dialog will appear on your phone, for permission to allow for USB Debugging. Click on checkbox and press Allow.
Now the device should appear online in Android Studio.
If problem still persists, then problem is with your phone drivers installed on system.
This happens to me regularly (I use multiple devices) and one of these two things always fixes it:
Make sure your device has "only charge" selected in the dropdown menu entry that appears when you connect your phone. Instead select "transfer files".
Disable and enable usb debugging.
Change your device cable or change your connection USB port on PC. I think this problem is hardware problem. Try other hardware problem possibilities.

Connecting smartphone to pc if the phone is locked

I read that i can use USB Debugging and adb to copy my phone data even if its is locked .But my Ubuntu -14.10 does not detect the smartphone unless i unlock it.Any suggestions ?
Tried both Usb 2.0 and 3.0
Try this. There is option in the developer options of settings that says "Stay awake".
Also you can keep it unlocked by settings>security>Screen lock>none
