my question is for android os (Galaxy Note 2, rooted device, 4.0.1).
I need to hide the app "Samsung Smart Camera App" permanently, even it tries to go in front or runs after start.
Is there any way to convert an app to a background service?
Does anyone has any idea?
Go to settings, find the app you want and hit Disable.

I would like to ask what studies are needed for me turn my smartphone into a wireless keyboard and use for desktop/laptop/etc...? How could I achieve this step by step? Thanks a lot for helping.
You would require an app which has a keyboard layout (or just use the android softkey) and send the key press code to a computer via Bluetooth.
You computer should have an interface software that can receive you incoming keystroke signal and convert that into the OS signal.
Actually there is an app in the market which has the same functionality

Does any body know i there is any site with a complete list of devices (Samsung, Kindle, Nexus, ...) and their settings to config the AVD?
Thanks!

If you use the last version of Android SDK, there is Device Definition section. There, you can find a list of devices android, with their settings

For an android phone, does the screen being on or off affect the network status at all?
I am unable to run some network related USSD when phone light off or phone is locked.
No it doesn't effect it. Emails come through when the screen is off.
I was running a version of CyanogenMod that disconnected the WIFI when the screen was off tho but thats a custom ROM

When I drove my bike, I like to take photos using my phone (Samsung i9103 android 2.3.6).
I want to sit with my Phone on the bike and take photos by pressing the Volume button on my earphone.
So what should i do?
I'm a webdevloper but i can write an easy app, or is there any app that already can do this? starting the camera by volume button.
Try this application1 or application2
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mgrmobi.photobutton
Works great on my S4
You should check about you mobile. Possibly it will work.
