I have this XML for a Activity and I want to show always Gallery view in the screen.When I use this layout and ListView goes bigger Gallary goes under the ListView and out of visible.How can show it always in the screen even ListView goes bigger than the screen size? Using this layout or another type.

The link you have attached in your question shows how you can do it. You can use RelativeLayout for this. The idea is, you need to tell a button to stay on bottom of the screen & tell the scrollview to stay above the Button along with it's scrollable content like:

The problem is the include appears above the list items at the bottom of the list. How can I make it appear below the list?

Have you tried android:layout_below="" ?
with the xml below i am trying to show a background image while audio is playing, problem is i can't see the background image, it's covered by a black screen of the player...thanks!

This works fine and my ScrollView gets positioned below my bar and I am able to click on the bar, without the click events being intercepted by the ScrollView.
When I am trying to do the same in a different layout file it says that it can´t find the resource #id/bar:
