post file and other data to php server

I'm experienced with PHP, JavaScript and a lot of other scripting languages, but I don't have a lot of experience with Java or Android.
I'm using below code to send file to sever, that is run without any problem, but I want to POST other data like "operation=upload_file" with file.

The application worked fine to download data from internet with real device but does not work to download data from internet with bluestacks

1 - I tested several applications with bluestacks and all worked fine to download data from internet
2 - I tested my application on real device and worked fine to download data from internet
3 - I tested my application with bluestacks and it does not work to download data from internet
It seems something is wrong with my application code but the point is it still worked with a real device

Why?

Sorry, the problem is a flag which was previously registered in the real mobile set was checked in the download process and since bluestacks did not have that flag registered, the download process had problem

How to send post data along with a file in Android?

I've been trying to post a multipart form in Android for the last couple of days but am not able to send string data and a file altogether. I'm using the following code to upload my file and it works just fine. But when it comes to adding String data to my request it falls short.
Imagine I need to append profile_id=1234&text=HERE IS MY TEXT&global=0 to the request. How can I do that?

Check this tutorial. Hope it will be helpful.
It uses a custom MultipartUtility class which manually creates the request body to be sent over the connection.

Issue in uploading file/image on KitKat

Does anyone here know a way to upload an image from android 4.4 KitKat to a web server?
I have tried multipart file upload and also Base64, but none of them seems to work.
I have looked all over the internet but no luck.
