I want to create a customized menu and put that menu in a specific layout that is in the center of the RelativeLayout, i tried to make it like that but didn't work:

P.s I also tried to make it in a separate file then add it but when doing that it only shown in the actionbar.
It is not possible to use menu directly into your layout. Instead create a menu layout in res/menu folder. And then inflate it with Pop up menu listener inside any button click event. There is a fine example of it in the following link.
You can also Use PopMenuWindow class to use customized layout as popUpMenu.

I created the first item with a menu child but by this way i got a row that send me to the other menu, So how to do that using menu file ? i don't want to use Dialog

I want to add 2 or 3 icons on action Bar in android app. I already took the empty activity and added the toolbar. I also set the Icon at left side. Now i want to add another two icons on it. But there is no Menu folder in my project directory structure. So any one tell me how i can do this all with proper guidelines?

You can use showAsAction option found at item in menu resource file.
1) If you want to add popup menu then write app:showAsAction="never"
2) If you want to add icons as an action (multiple icons in actionbar) then write app:showAsAction="always"
How I can force menu item to show under overflow icon. I am providing app support from api level 8 and above. for now it is showing as actionview .

But clicking physical button of device will not trigger this button you have to look for it, as I don't have any idea about it

The background drawable (background_transparent_stateful) is useful for having touch feedback on your custom layout:

This way you will have a text with custom font on the left as a label with an icon on the right.

If you are using the support library and your activity Theme extends the AppCompatTheme you can get the typical Lollipop "ripple effect" for a better looking touch feedback.

After you inflated the custom menu, you can make a reference to the item of the menu. When you obtain the reference to the menu item, you will be able to customize the item to show icon and Unicode text. Your icon image file has to be stored in the
res/drawable folder.

I have an action bar that puts everything in a menu in the top right, which the user clicks and the menu options open up.
I inflate the action bar menu with this on each activity I use it:

My question is do I put an onclick in the item in the xml and if so where do I put the onclick method it calls? Do I need to put it in every activity I launch this action bar in?

ActionBarSherlock is deprecated. Unless you are developing an app for Android 4.0 or older, please don't use it. But if you are using the library, you will have to import
import com.actionbarsherlock.view.MenuItem;
and not
import com.android.view.MenuItem;
