We are familiar about FB send intent problem (in official fb app EXTRA TEXT field is not working properly). It is more than two years this problem has not good solution. I searched many website and found some trick like facebook api, customize code.
At first I tried this. this is working on twiter, google+,fb massanger etc but not in facebook app.

This customize code is not working for me. It says v can’t resolve a type. I tried to give a type like String, object but unfortunately not working.
Now my question is, Is there any other way or What is the best solution for this problem?

I have this code that brings up snackup separating sms and dialer apps installed on users phone and allows them to pick one to either send a message / call a person.
What I want to know is, is it possbile to add another section on this snackbar that checks if the user has whatsapp installed or another specfic app installed.
Also, being new to android, I have tried playing around with the code but ended up messing it up. another thing that I would like to do is create sections like theses;
Sms apps:

.....

Only on Android 5.1+, if you use the three-parameter flavor of createChooser(), where you can supply an IntentSender that is notified about the choice.
Otherwise, you would need to roll your own chooser-style UI, then use the user's choice to craft an explicit Intent to route the user to the requested activity.
I have been trying to share text content on Facebook share intent, and it seems like it does not let us share text for some reason. Does anyone know why they've done this? The only way to share text is to use their SDK, which takes time. Just need a justification for wasting my time. Thanks.

According to their policy, you have to give control to the users of your app. They should allow beforehand the publishing permissions if you want to publish/share on their behalf. Therefore, you should use Facebook SDK.
i've a android app to share message to WeChat(without sdk).
When i directly use the StartChooser method, the display-name 'Send to Moment' and 'Send to Chat' display well.
But when i want to remove the apps i donot need using a intent filter as follows, there's problem that both display-name show 'WeChat' rather than 'Send to Moment' and 'Send to Chat'.But at the same time,their icon are right!
Who can tell me how to get the right display label?? Thank you!

As per the Facebook's Platform Policies, We cannot pre-fill the share dialog using Intent.EXTRA_TEXT. It is usually thought to be a bug, but as per a Bug Report filed here and also, here, Facebook clearly mentions that this is not the case (it's not a bug).
I found that we cannot add a caption to a photo we are uploading using Intents. The only way we can do it, is integrating the Facebook SDK in your App then photo with text caption will be shared on facebook wall.
