Device not supported when installing app from googleplay. - android

I have opened my app for beta testing on Google Play. I tested the app on my phone (Samsung Galaxy Y S5360) using eclipse before uploading it to Google Play. It runs smoothly from eclipse, but when I opened it as beta in Google Play and tried to download the app to my phone. It says “Your device isn't compatible with this version”.
Here is my Manifest:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="com.myproject.newapp"
android:versionCode="10"
android:versionName="2.0" >
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="9"
android:targetSdkVersion="19" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<application
android:allowBackup="true"
android:hardwareAccelerated="true"
android:icon="#drawable/mc_logo"
android:label="#string/app_name"
android:theme="#style/Theme.Sherlock" >
<service android:name="com.myproject.newapp.QueueService" />
<activity
android:name="com.myproject.newapp.LoginActivity"
android:icon="#drawable/mc1_logo"
android:label="#string/app_name"
android:screenOrientation="portrait" >
</activity>
<activity
android:name="com.myproject.newapp.SplashScreenActivity"
android:label="#string/title_activity_splashscreen"
android:screenOrientation="portrait" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
</intent-filter>
</activity>
<activity
</application>
</manifest>
As you can see I declared the minSdkVersion="9" which matches my phones android version. Im new to uploading android apps in Google Play, please help me out. Thank you very much.

Android App not compatible from play store but works in debug mode

The mobile I am going to talk about is Micromax A63, Android Version 4.2.2
When I was developing my app, I used it as a debug device and it worked fine. All the development is done on the system.
After development, I uploaded the apk to play store and registered as a beta tester. When I see the app in the play store it says "Your device is not compatible with this version"
I have checked the compatible list, interestingly this device is neither in Supported Devices List nor in Unsupported list.
I have the following in my gradle build
minSdkVersion 13
targetSdkVersion 22
The permissions i use in the app are
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO" />
Help me understand what could be the issue.
Complete manifest file is as follows:

Android App not showing in PlayStore of certain devices (e.g samsung galaxy S4)

We published the app to Google PlayStore, but it does not seem to show on the PlayStore in latest available version of android (Kit Kat versions 4.4.2-4.4.3 ) on Samsung Galaxy4, HTC One (Model M7 2013) and Google Nexus tablet. However the app is visible on Android phones running Jelly Bean (android version 4.3.1). Here is the entire manifest file.

Application is not compatible with Galaxy Tab 3 (GT-p5210)

I uploaded an application to Play Store which I can't install on Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. It just tells me that device is uncompatible and no reason. I've checked in Developer's Console and it is also unsupported by Galaxy Tab 3 7.0, Galaxy Tab 4 and other tablets. Here's my manifest file:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="***"
android:versionCode="2"
android:versionName="1.0.1" >
<uses-sdk
android:minSdkVersion="14"
android:targetSdkVersion="19" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.CAMERA" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO" />
<application
android:name="***.App"
android:icon="#drawable/ic_launcher"
android:label="#string/app_name"
android:theme="#style/AppTheme" >
<activity
android:name="***.MainActivity"
android:label="#string/app_name" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
<category android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
</intent-filter>
</activity>
<activity android:name="***.DocumentInfoActivity" />
<activity android:name="***.ReaderActivity" />
<activity
android:name="***.ImageOverviewActivity"
android:theme="#style/Theme.Transparent" />
<activity
android:name="***.AccountsActivity"
android:windowSoftInputMode="stateHidden" />
<activity android:name="***.SearchHelpActivity" />
<activity
android:name="***.DeveloperSettingsActivity"
android:label="#string/preferences_title" />
</application>
</manifest>
As you can see there's nothing special which can influence on compatibility. Can there be some hidden reasons in code for example? How can I fix and test this?
I can install and run the app on SG Tab 3 avoiding Play Store.
I'm not 100% sure but it could be, that your front facing camera has no autofocus, thats why you'd have to add following in your AndroidManifest.xml:
<uses-feature android:name="android.hardware.camera.autofocus" android:required="false" />
please let me know, if this worked - cause, I'm pretty sure, that some persmissions are to restrictive
Edit:
you can test the modification, if you upload the new apk in alpha or beta mode. After some hours your test accounts will receve the update, but it's not published yet.

What does Google Play Store developers console mean?

I want to publish my new app in Play Store but see this message in app panel:
This application is only available to devices with these features,
as defined in your application manifest.
Screen layouts: SMALL NORMAL LARGE XLARGE
Required device features
android.hardware.location
android.hardware.location.gps
android.hardware.location.network
android.hardware.screen.portrait
android.hardware.sensor.accelerometer
android.hardware.touchscreen
This application is available to over 0 devices.
Why it said that my app available to over 0 devices? I have tested on my phone and it works. At least one device :)
My Manifest.xml:

package="..."

<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION" />

This shows up using IE. Go and look in Firefox, and you will have a large # of devices.

Android app is not visible in mobile app store but from browser its is availabe

I have uploaded the android app in the android app store. The app is not visible from the mobile app store but from my browser it is visible.
The devices I have tried:
GT-S5360 (Samsung) gingerbread
A60 (Micromax) gingerbread
The AndroidManifest.xml code is
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<manifest xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
package="com.hyperwebenable.techpanels"
android:versionCode="1"
android:versionName="1.0">
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="4" />
<application android:icon="#drawable/sitelogo"
android:label="#string/app_name">
<activity android:name=".MessageList"
android:label="#string/app_name"
android:theme="#android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar" >
<intent-filter>
<action android:name="android.intent.action.MAIN" />
<category
android:name="android.intent.category.LAUNCHER" />
</intent-filter>
</activity>
<activity android:name=".SecondActivity"
android:theme="#android:style/Theme.NoTitleBar" >
</activity>
<meta-data android:name="com.mobclix.APPLICATION_ID"
android:value=""/>
<activity
android:name="com.mobclix.android.sdk.MobclixBrowserActivity"
android:theme="#android:style/Theme.Translucent.NoTitleBar" />
</application>
<uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="2" />
<uses-permission android:name="android.permission.INTERNET"/>
<uses-permission
android:name="android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE"/>
<uses-permission
android:name="android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE">
</uses-permission>
</manifest>
Please let me know what I am doing wrong here.
I'm not sure if this could cause a problem, but your uses-sdk is defined twice (with a different minSdkVersion). Try removing the second one.
