Android HTTP connection and stream "gathering" - android

I "wrote" some code which should execute http request + stream download, however it does not seem to be working with the second part. It connects to the server, but without getting the expected data from it. The first few times it evena worked out, it displayed the html data from google, but afterwards,
I tried to optimize my code and threw something away, added something here and there, extended it by a class etc., which probably caused the "error". Here is my code:

I just don't know what's the missing thing. I've been trying to solve this for hours with a big variety of data-passing versions of this, but nothing seems to be working. I'm counting on you, brainiacs.

Why I can't Access URL When JSON Parsing in Android Studio?

I work an android project. I use MySQL, PHP, Android Studio for this project. I create a server and database. I want to access to server everywhere. So, I take a static IP and I add a port. When I checked this port, I see it's open and I acces this IP everywhere. I try it.
Than, I create a table and php page for JSON values.
My PHP Page returns this:

Now, I want to parse this JSON values in android. I try base HTTP Request and Retrofit 2 but, I don't access URL. I try other urls, they are working. But, when I write my IP address; I take null value. I can't solve this problem. What can I do?

Asynctask return null in SDK 23 and below device

I'm using Asynctask to pass the parameters of API. The Asynctask executing but the String Response in Asynctask PostExecute giving me a null for a device with SDK 23 and below. But when the device is equal or higher to SDK24(Nougat), it works perfectly and the data are being sent to the API however when the SDK is 23 and lower data are not being sent to API. Does anyone encounter this problem? Please enlighten me what I miss in my code or I do wrong code. Massive thank you.

Parsing Integer from JSON not working [duplicate]

I am attempting to make an app in android studio that gets live currency rates, so I decided to use a JSON to do this. I am currently able to print out the entire JSON as a string, however I would like to be able to set the TextView to the USD conversion rate, however it doesn't work. The TextView does not change. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to get the "rates" object before you can access the "USD" value
Also, it's not an integer. It's a double
getJSONObject("rates").getDouble("USD")

Informationparsing from URL-Request not working / Didn't found TextView

You probably want to fix this (remove leading slashes):
new JSONTask().execute("//http://kusber-web.de/JsonTest.txt");
In your JSONTask you can reference members of Patienten by using Patienten.this. So in onPostExecute you should change this:
output.setText(result);
to:
Patienten.this.output.setText(result);

Android client getting all the inputStreamReader at the deco from the server

I'm asking for a little help here..
I made a Android app in order to get messages from a server. The app just have to show the server's messages and nothing else.
the thing is nothing is shown in the UI, all the messages are shown when I disconnect the server.
It's frustrating because the app get the data's, just don't show them before the disconnection of the server.

The thing is that I can't reach maChaine.
This does the same thing that before : I only can reach my String when the server is disconected.
If I put a "System.out.println(maChaine);" in my While it will print something at each rows and if I put it after it will only do something if the server is disconected.
