HI I have just started to learn android on Android Studio. I have seen several tutorial video. So, I was wandering what version of Device should I prefer to use for better practice. In the tutorials nexus version was used.
Thank you.
You can use the Nexus VMs. You could also connect your phone (if it is an Android device) and use it to test your app.

2 years ago i developed an app on android 4.2.2. I was wondering if the statistics are still the same?
If I developed it on android 4.2.2 now would it still be the best option? Will it be the optimum to reach the most devices?
Or is there a newer version that is mastering the market?
Thanks in advance.
It is recomended that you always look at the market share of the Android versions to choose your entry version.
In the link below you can see the stats
https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards/index.html
As for today, I would recommend you to support API 15 and above (up to 21). It represents almost 90% of all devices, and as it represents Android 4.0, you can alredy use some Material design elements and use Fragments as you wish.

Just use Android Studio; it has everything you need right out of the box.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3, but I really don't understand about mobile architectures. Anybody can explain me?
I need to install Fennex on my Android, but I don't know which of these two versions should I install.
Thanks a lot!
The Samsung Galaxy S3 is an ARMv7 device, so you must install Android Version which not mentioned ARM version.

Is there any way to reverse my android mobile operating system from 4.0.1 to 2.3.6 ? for testing purposes
My device is Huawei Honor
If your device has been marketed with this version, you can certainly find the 2.3.x ROM on their site and flash on your phone. What model / brand is it?
Edit :
This is french forum with all Huawei Honor Roms (2.3.6, 4.0, CM9, ...) : http://forum.frandroid.com/topic/124560-centralisation-des-roms-conseils/
