What is Admob In-app Purchase ? How to use it? - android

Can anyone tell me what is admob in-app purchase and what is the difference between admob in-app purchase and Google play in app billing ? Are they different ?
because i want to use in-app purchase to sell some items on my apps games like extra coins or levels etc.
I can't make a google wallet merchant account from my country so here i want to use in app purchase to earn some good revenue but i didn't get any good tutorial regarding admob in-app purchase. i heard about google play in-app billing but it requires merchant account so i am interested to know can i use admob in-app purchase to sell some extra levels in my games but how can implement admob in-app purchase in my app.
i read a tutorial from google site but i didn't understand it. i'm interested to know is there any better tutorial available to learn admob in-app purchase and how to implement ??

I think you are talking about the AdMob In-app purchase house ads. It's a format of interstitial ads that you can use to promote your In-app item. I have create an App to showcase this format ( link to Google Play download page: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bindu.bpan.admobexample).
Anyway, it's just a ads type. You would still need to setup the in-app products in google play console. Therefore it requires you to have a google wallet merchant account.

Google Play Vs In-App Billing

So I'm planning to create an app that licenses and sells original photos in my android app where as users can directly purchase from other user these items and get a direct link from the app after purchase, the users who purchase another user's photo can upload the photo into other apps like IG/FB/Twitter/etc. As per google pay SECTION 2: Permissible Payment Transactions Terms of Service I cannot use Google pay to sell digital goods....however in-app billing is only for digital content limited to the scope of my app...can someone please clarify what the hell is going on with google ?
To answer your question, like what you have mentioned above, In-app billing is only limited to your app, if you allow the user to use the digital photo outside of your app, it is not allow.
You are looking at Google Pay ToS, which is not designed for mobile in-app purchases. For in-app purchases, you will be using Google Play Billing (https://developer.android.com/google/play/billing/billing_overview). Sorry for the confusion.

Google wallet abandons inapp purchases on march 2 2015

I was thinking to implement Google play in-app purchases into my app. But i have heard Google wallet abandons inapp purchases on March 2 2015.
So anybody knows what exactly will be abandoned. Can i implement in-app purchases in my app and if i do so how will handle all the orders which will come in Google wallet(Google checkout).
As of now i have put in-app billing inside my app and released. But now i saw in this link here that Google wallet is abandoning inapp purchases, so not sure what exactly they are abandoning. Please someone help me out with this.
Android / Google Play in-app purchases are not affected.
The deprecations announcement applies only to the web-based in-app payments API.

There is a lot of confusion surrounding this, it doesn't affect in app purchases at all so don't worry.

Android In-app Purchase Fees

I am integrating in-app purchase into my application but I have a few questions that I have not been able to find answer to.
Can anyone tell me what are the fees that google applies per transaction for selling digital content thru in app purchase using google payment flow?
30% charge as a standard :) Google Fee's Specifically:
In-app billing is available to developers in supported locations for merchants. In-app billing may only be applied to digital goods sold inside applications distributed through Google Play. The Google Play program policies apply to in-app transactions. The standard 30% transaction fee applies to in-app transactions on Google Play.

in-app billing for unsupported countries

I want to use Google Play's in-app billing for one of my applications. But it seems I can't use it.
First problem is that according to supported locations for merchants my country - Turkey - is not in the list.
And as a second problem, my app is listed on some other markets except Google Play. Google Play in-app billing overview section In-app Billing Requirements and Limitations says that In-app billing can be implemented only in applications that you publish through Google Play. Therefore even if Turkey will be in merchant list in the future, I could not use Google Play's in-app billing for other markets. Is that right?
Then I thought using other APIs like ZooZ, Authorize.net (Actually, I did not examine them deeply, but I guess they do what I want)
But this time I read in Android Market Developer Distribution Agreement that All fees received by Developers for Products distributed via the Market must be processed by the Market's Payment Processor. Is that a problem for using such APIs? If so, what should I do for in-app purchase?
If your country is not supported, you can't really use In-App billing for your app. You could look at alternate stores, for example, Amazon app store. they have recently implemented In-App billing.

The simple answer for Google Play would be "No" for now, till Google supports Turkey.
Get a bank account in a country that does support merchant accounts.

InApp Builling. I can't set a price for the app or create In-App Products list

Not quite a programming question, rather a Google Play question.
I have uploaded an InApp application as Unpublished and I want to test it with my own products.
It seems to work fine with the reserved product ID(android.test.purchased,android.test.canceled...). I have set the right permissions. I have also created a Google Checkout merchant account using the same Google account(email).
My problem is that I cannot use billing. I can't set a price for the app (just free) and I can't add InApp products because the In-App Products link does not appears as described.
How can I test InApp Billing then?
PS:
Is it of any importance that my account has just been approved today?
Is InApp Billing suported for Romania?
