Google plus access token : 403 Forbidden - android

in my android application i need to integrate google+ signin. For that i using the following method.
The access token retrieved is invalid. My problem is that when i send this access token to my server for login ,i get 403 forbidden as response.
GoogleAuthUtil.getToken(mActivity,mEmail,mScope);

I have implemented all the required functions needed to get the data.
When I launch the app and click the signin button I get a null pointer exception at

I have googled this type of error and found that this happens if we try to call the signin function before the onStart() is executed. So I created a toast to check if the onStart() is executed and then clicked the button then also I am getting the same error.
What is the cause of this error? and how to rectify it?

Google SignIn - Error signing in the specified account

I made an application that uses user's gmail account to connect. The problem is that it worked perfectly when running on device but after getting the release apk and installing it on my phone it only works the first time. If I open it again I get
"Error signing in the specified account. please choose a different account."
I paid attention when registering it to the GoogleApiConsole. The name of the package I registered it with is the same as the one in manifest, gradle, etc so this is not the problem.
I know that there are already a lot of questions dealing with this but none of the solutions provided helped me so far.
Any tips/ideas what might be wrong?

You need to create client Id for your app from google developer console in order to use google login with your signed apk. So, create client id using the credentials (package name and sha) and your app will work fine.

How to integrate Google Plus and Facebook Authentication together in the same activity of Android project?

I need to to integrate both Facebook and Google Plus in the same activity but I'm not getting success in it. I have tried both in individual projects and they work fine but when I add both projects together my app gets crashed. Even I have tried them with custom buttons too but they don't work either.
Currently my Facebook part is working fine but I get error when I click on Google's button at the time of login. I get error in these methods:

I've solved my problem myself yesterday by adding few lines in onClick part
if (mGoogleApiClient.isConnected()) {
getProfileInformation();
} else {
signInWithGplus();
getProfileInformation();
}
}
It appears that if you call signInWithGplus() the first time, it'll try to access mConnectionResult which is null at that point.
The reason for that is because you're only setting it in onConnectionFailed() which would have not been called.

Google Plus Connection always returns SIGN_IN_FAILED

I'm trying to carry out the Google Plus login within my app but no matter what I do, if the Scope is set to Plus.SCOPE_PLUS_LOGIN, I always get a ConnectionResult whose ErrorCode is 17 (SIGN_IN_FAILED). On the other hand, if I pick Plus.SCOPE_PLUS_PROFILE the app gets connected but when I retrieve the Person object, this one is always null.
I have created a new project in the developer console, enable the Google+ API and created a Cliend ID that includes the proper SHA1 fingerprint for the debug version of the app and its package. I have also picked an email and product name.
I have also tried to rename the package of the app and update the project in the developer console, but I still get the same error.
The thing is that I have downloaded the Google example, created a project in my developer console for it and it works... but when I try to use the same class that does the job in my app, it always fails... really weird. I have also checked the Google + API usage section and it never handles any request sent by my app... whereas it does it for the Google example...

Flow of logic in terms to fetch O auth 2 login and upload video to Youtube

I am banging my head against this since three days, I want to make an application which uploads videos to YouTube. For this I have implemented Google Plus sign in but I am confused as how to get the O-Auth token. Also I am unsure if this is the right way to go, or should I use any other mechanism to authenticate the user as Google provides so many, instead of one single well defined sign in mechanism.
