I have a "flat" ViewPager on my app. I saw DeviantArt's pager and its cool transition between fragments in pager when using lateral swipe. How i can achieve this effect? This is done with a library?
Thanks in advance
Setting a custom page transformation is a built-in feature of the ViewPager. You need to tell the ViewPager (using setPageTransformer) to use a custom transformation - the example ZoomOutPageTransformer described in the documentation here looks like it would suit your needs.

I can recomend you this page for create your own animated SVG files. Just see how it work a SVG(check this blog) because you'll work with the components of your vectors. Don't worry it's really easy to create basic animations. Check the samples within the page.
I hope this helps! Regards bro

I want to know if this type of layout have a specific name, Im guessing it is some kind of gridLayout combined with another Layout?
As I cannot comment on your post due to my current rep level I will have to write an answer...
I believe you may be wanting a CardView. Please see the following link on how to use this ViewGroup: https://android.jlelse.eu/android-card-view-edb905e67cd6
It is a combination of cardview and grid layout. You can also use cardview in listview item or recycler view.

Update :-Able to achieve it used https://github.com/ozodrukh/CircularReveal & custom changes.
Is there any similar library like Ramotion/Paper-Switch.
How can i animate the parent color change as shown in the library pic below
You can use CircularReveal animation as described here:
https://developer.android.com/training/material/animations.html
Just create an invisible layout with the color as a background, and show/hide it as described in the article. You'll need to calculate the center from the position of the switch, and radius based on the view size.

I am new to Android programming and I was looking for a tutorial which would show me how to have sliding tabs with icons in the toolbar with a navigation drawer.
I just can't find any tutorial. All tutorials give you the sliding tabs below the toolbar.
Does anyone know any good tutorials ?
Thanks
here's a pretty good looking tutorial, you'll find some more through google.

You'll need to get your head around the coordinator view if you want any of the nice scrolling behaviour
