Android ViewPager - How to show three panels at a time

I have an android project that my client is requiring me to have a ViewPager similar to the image below.
Showing three panel at a time. The current selected panel will show full at the center, the panel before the selected one (if there is) will be shown half, and the panel after the selected one will be shown in half as well.
Do you guys have any idea in how to do this? Still new in Android an im slowly getting lost when it comes to this kind of stuff?
Here is the code that i have so far that will only show one panel.
ViewPager viewPagerShopPortfolio = (ViewPager)
mShopPortfolioImageAdapter = new ShopPortfolioImageAdapter(getChildFragmentManager(), portfolioListingModelList);
viewPagerShopPortfolio.setAdapter(mShopPortfolioImageAdapter);

Well, i found a second solution for this using the following codes:

You can override getPageWidth method of PageAdapter. For example return 0.7f to have all child pages span only 70% of the ViewPager's width.

Adding Views Between Items in GridView

I have a scrollable GridView where the items have a decent amount of empty space between them. for some of the objects in the grid, I'd like to add arrow images leading from one to the other
For reference to what I mean, think of the World of Warcraft talent trees (http://calculators.iradei.eu/talents/mage). You'll see some of the talents have arrows leading from one item to the next.
The layout I'm dealing with just contains a gridview in a framelayout, nothing else

I'm trying to add these ImageViews in code, as I don't think there is any way I could add this logic into the adapter for the GridView.
I've tried adding them as children of the parent FrameLayout, based on the x and y coords of the GridView items, and this works, but when scrolling the GridView, the arrows do not also scroll
I've also tried adding them directly as children of the GridView, but it does not support this behavior (it throws java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException)
Are there any ideas as to how I could add these imageviews between the gridview items?

This sounds very similar to Romain Guy's "Shelves" app where a custom GridView is used and the background image of a bookshelf scrolls. Take a look at the project here. Source for the custom GridView can be found in the file ShelvesView.java in the source code. A quick intro from Guy Romain is here;
For the arrows, you may want to consider a 9-patch drawable.
I have investigated the above approach a little more and have a sample app based upon
Google's Hello GridView example.
Taking this example app, I have built a custom GridView (DogsGridView.java) and connected the photos across empty cells similar to your example of World of Warcraft talent trees. I just use simple lines, but the class can be modified to connect cells with arrows or another graphic.

I want to devleope dynamic android screen like this

I want to develope screen like the below..which contains two tabs with right alignment!
actually it's the dynamic screen and top part should be fixed with two tabs when ever they click the tabs it's different fragment. please suggest me the best way.

You can use ViewPager for this.

How to achieve a custom layout with next page title shown half, indicating the user of next page as shown in android

I want show my two pages like this, When loading first page the second page title should be shown indicating the user about a second page. How can I achieve this?, I can put two tabs or viewpager with view pager indicator, i want that functionality but actually what I ask here is the view that is marked the image, the next tab to display half of its title indicating the user of next page.

You can directly use ViewPager with PagerTabStrip provided in android support-v4 library.
Download android Support-V4 library here
Then extract the android Support-V4 jar and paste into your project libs Folder.
Right click and Add to build path.
Now use View pager with PagerTabStrip in your Main layout as:

I strongly advise you to use a library, instead creating the widget yourself.
That said, this library suit your requirements. It’s really easy to implement it:
PagerSlidingTabStrip tabs = (PagerSlidingTabStrip) findViewById(R.id.tabs);
tabs.setViewPager(yourViewPager);

How to make a swipe view screens without tab layout in android?

I am trying to figure out how to make a swipe view without a tab layout.
In the figure above,
1. I want to make a swipe view that can navigate page left and right.
2. Icon 1 is a global menu that needed to be there all the time while swipping.
3. Icon 3 is a bottom bar. How can I make like that way?
Any kind of suggestions and tutorial links would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i don't have any links for the same,but still i will tell you the very simple logic to create:
1.First remove the title bar using
this.requestWindowFeature(Window.FEATURE_NO_TITLE);
2.Use the following Structure

android:layout_alignParentBottom="true"
</RelativeLayout>
</ViewPager>

3.now make the images for header and footer and set as background.

and you are done now!!

You can simply use for example a ViewPager as explained in the official documentation because it's not mandatory to have tabs.
