Scroll View keeps discarding the bottom View from displaying

I've created a preference UI but the thing is I can't let the bottommost child view to be displayed on the device. It keeps discarding the bottommost view. Though this query is similar to one I found in the query list yet the problem I'm facing left me with no debugging ways or I'm missing some serious property.
My code is:
The Bottom TextView which I finally wrapped inside a relativeView is the part which is discarded.
To ,y wonder I changed to LinearLayout from Relative built I guess It might have some issues as well..
But the most important query is that it doesn't scroll till the end of the Activity.

Try changing the height of the ScrollView from match_parent to wrap_content:

Listview can't displayed the last item

My problem is i can't display my last item in the list. It's like getting cut by my phone.

As much as possible i want to stick with the listview because i'm not familiar with the recyclerview. if theres any way to fix this, i would be glad.

There's actually 4 items in the list and i can only view 2 items.

Firstly there is problem with your XML as when you use weightsum and layout_weight then you need not give dimensions in height or width.
This must be your XML.
Also I checked your XML there is some problem in you XML attributes too. Like you used "android:layout_below="#+id/id"" but in your xml there is no "id"

list view not display on some devices

I have a ListView that I'm populating with an ArrayAdapter.Its work fine most of devices.But i have one karbonn(320x480) device which unable to display list.My application contain many listview they display properly on karbonn.

Since you're using RelativeLayouts and aligning your views beneath one another, it's likely that the layout is extending beyond the bottom of the screen.
I encourage you to use a different combination of ViewGroups, for instance using a vertically oriented LinearLayout inside a ScrollView.
