when looking for an answer I only found info for app devs who want to monetarize their app, but nothing from the advertiser's perspective. So I hope you can help me:
Is it possible to place my ads in someone else's app (android or iOS)?
I'm working for a small company planning to place their ads in specific apps/games which are related to our products.
And if yes, how can this be accomplished?
Thanks alot in advance!
Regards
GC
Looks like Google's AdSense is what you are looking for.
For more information this could help:

For more information search on Google's sites or contact them directly.
EDIT: Obviously this will only work for Android.

I'm not a very saavy mobile developer and need some instructions broken down Barney-Style for me.
I'm running Acumatica 6.1 and I have installed their app from the google store. Unfortunately, the app leaves a LOT to be desired. I would like to put some new screens on our mobile app for everyone in the company. How would I go about this for all my users?
Specifically, I want an inventory screen to be added. I have an "item master" generic inquiry already built that can be used, assuming we can sort/search the inquiry results on mobile.
I tried googling this but couldn't get anywhere (the one post I saw didn't have very explicit instructions). A link to a solid guide or someone willing to post a short guide would be excellent! The xml looks doable, but I have no idea how to get this to everyone in my company all at once.
Thank you for your time!
Have you checked Acumatica Mobile Framework Guide? It should contain a lot of useful information on Acumatica's mobile app customization.
I was wondering if anyone in the stackoverflow community could point out some cloud based testing tools for android. I would like to be able to test my applications on real devices that I dont have access to and get the full logcat and other data associated with testing. I know there are a lot out there but I would like to hear other peoples experiences with them before I go spending any time or money on trying them out. A quick google search brings up testdroid.com but I have heard of countless others that I couldnt find in the top couple of pages.
Any comments on the matter would be greatly appreciated.
Have a look to this website : http://testdroid.com/
Presently I am developing one application in android.I want to implement in app purchase in my app when i click a button.
Please help me with simple example to implementing in app purchase for our app.
Thanks in advance.
I am sorry to answer in this manner, but the documentation from Google is pretty good on the subject; http://developer.android.com/guide/market/billing/index.html
The "Dungeons" example provides sample code that is pretty good.
In app billing is a bit complex, and uses some advanced Android techniques like IPC. I have been experimenting with this for the last two-three days, and I think you will have to do like me; close the office door and dig into the sample code & docs.
good luck! Please ask any specific question along the way. I am sure people will be more than willing to help.
has anyone ever read/skimmed through this book? it is valuable/very helpful to people such as myself, who are complete noobs to android programming? I am thinking of purchasing one on amazon for $20 but dont know if its going to be a really helpful book.
Also, when i skim through the book on the amazon wesite, it seems to be missing alot of stuff. is that just amazon's preview method or is the book really that simple?
The Amazon preview only shows specific excepts. I learned exclusively from online tutorials and the official documentation, but if you prefer to learn from a book, check out this SO question:

Reading the users' feedbacks about my apps is really important, but in my phone I can only read those written in the language of my phone (Italian).
Is there a way to read all of them?
A program for PC or a website could be a good solution.
(Actually Cyrket and AndroLib read comments directly from the market, but sometimes they don't update or are very slow).
Thanks.
I think I had a great influence on Google, since now we can read comments directly on the Android Market Developers dashboard.
Haha, great!! :) :) ... it took only 3 days!!
