I am using Opencv for image processing. When i am running my application its ask for Opencv manager installation after installation in Samsung duos its working well but in Samsung galaxy S5 it is not working
It may come from big.LITTLE architecture support, see this thread. I advise you to run your app without OpenCV Manager.

I've written a React Native app and need to test it on a Samsung Galaxy S10 emulator. When I look at the OSs available for Android Studio emulators, I don't see the S10. Is there a way to get it?
Use Genymotion, you can find S10 and many other devices there.
And it's faster than AVD provided in Android Studio too.
Once downloaded, don't forget to install GApps to it.
Is there any possibilities to create Samsung Galaxy S6 Emulator with its actual behavior (not just skin and resolution) in Android studio?
It's Almost Impossible but there is a second choose called Remote Test Lab , which lets you access and control a wide range of real Samsung device online and also It's totally free !
I'm confronted with the same issue, as I'm trying to understand how to work with the Samsung Health Android SDK.
Unfortunately, I found the following note on the SDK documentation that seems to rule out the possibility to use an emulator (at least in this instance):
Note Samsung Health Android SDK doesn’t support the Emulator test.
Android 6.0 Marshmallow (API level 23) device or above is required to
test your app.
You only have to install the skin for the Galaxy S6 to you AVD (Android Virtual Device). This is the most accurate way to emulate an S6 regarding the documentation that Samsung has.
Take a look at Install Samsung Galaxy S6 skin in your Android Emulator:
For Samsung devices, Samsung provide emulator skins for its flagships
devices like Galaxy S6, Galaxy S5 or Galaxy Note 4. In this tutorial,
we’re going to install Samsung Galaxy S6 Emulator skin but process is
the same for all Emulator skins you want to install on Eclipse.
It talks about eclipse, but it's applicable for the Android Studio too.
You also have a Samsung Official video here which explains the same as the tutorial.
You also have this Samsung Testlab where you can test your apps in different Samsung devices which could be more interesting for you than the skin.
I am new to Android development, i need some start up advice, tools and resources to start.
I have Samsung Galaxy SIII (GT-I9300) mobile (Andriod 4.3) and Laptop with Windows 7 OS.
What is the first step, which software i need to download, SDK's, IDE's, tutorials, Framework like PhoneGap etc.
you should start reading https://developer.android.com/training/index.html and downloading Android Studio
You can use the playlist from slidenerd on youtube, it has everything you need to get started.

I have made a Game using CORONA SDK, and during Building I set Andorind Version as 2.2 And Above, but when i tried to install that Game on Galaxy Ace Duos, It shows Error in installation due to Version Incompatibility. I searched & found that Samsung Ace Duos has Android 2.3.6. So according to that App should Worked.
What to do!!
It looks like the CPU on it is not of the ARMv7 family or later processors. It looks like an ARM9 which is of the ARMv3 family and Corona SDK is not compatible with.
You could try to launch the application on the SDK first to see if it works. I would suggest you to use Eclipse instead of Corona. If problem still persist, try switching it to your phone's version and try it out to see if the problem still occurs.
Cheers.
I'm trying to run a compiled .APK file from AIR3 SDK but Samsung Galaxy Y S5360 keeps saying that it wasn't installed. Any thoughts? Are there hacks to make it work? If ever it wasn't supported natively?
Your app is not supported in your smartphone model. I had the same problem while trying to run my Flex 4.6 mobile app in Samsung Galaxy Y and Samsung Galaxy Ace. However, I works happily in my Samsung Galaxy SII as well as HTC Evo.
For the list of supported smartphone platforms, please go to the following link:

Hope it helps.
