Android TabActivity calls onDestroyView when i tap the third tap - android

My application has 2 tab and works like a charm.
But today I tried to expand my tabbar and I added a third tab.
When I tap the third tab it destroys the first tab fragment and it calls onDestroyView method in first tab fragment.
When I tap the second tab it doesn't call the onDestroyView.
Why does the third tab destroy the first tab?
I don't want it to destroy my first view.
How can I solve this problem?

With these code my application calls the HaritaFrament(first tab) onDestroyView method when I tap the third tab.
But it doesn't call the onDestroyView when I tap the second tap.
I don't want to destroy my HaritaFragment.
Please help me solve this problem.

What you're looking for is ViewPager#setOffscreenPageLimit.
This is by default 1, which means the ViewPager will only retain 1 fragment before and 1 fragment after the current position. If you have 3 fragments and you don't want any of them to be destroyed by the ViewPager, you can just set it to 2.

After that, you don't need to call lvToday.setAdapter(mTrainingDTOAdapter);
many times. Just call mTrainingDTOAdapter.notifyDataSetChanged(); if having any changes in your data mTrainingDTO.
The errorlog - error:No adapter attached; skipping layout indicates that you've attached LayoutManager but you haven't attached an adapter yet, so recyclerview will skip layout. I'm not sure but, in other words recyclerView will skip layout measuring at the moment.
to prevent this errorLog Try to set an adapter with an empty dataSet i.e. ArrayList or
Attach LayoutManager just before you are setting your adapter.

Follow these steps:
Create a layout file with a listview.
Inflate this layout in onCreateView method of LessonFragment and find this listview.
now, set an adapter for this listview, with the data you want.(hoping you know how to set an adapter)

Loading data from sqlite and displaying on ViewPager

Been trying to load data from sqlite and display it on viewpager without much success.
I have a viewpager with two tabs which should hold data based on the tag_id passed as a parameter of newInstance. There is also an action bar navigation spinner with a list of counties that is used for filter data displayed based on the county_id.
Am able to fetch data from server and save it in the sqlite db but displaying it is the problem. Data is not dispalyed on the first page of the viewpager but it exists in the sqlite. Data for the second is the only one laoded.

Grid-view is not formed in horizontal-scrolling-pages like home screen when app is in Background or Process is died

I am developing Horizontal Scrolling pages and tabs
MY app is working well in all devices in foreground, but when it goes to background, after one hour, the logs saying that Process com.example.myapp has died. When i reopen the app , the gridview data is not appearing but when scrolling horizontally , getView() method displaying all data like images and text.
that means app has data but view is not formed when process has died. And if i press back button and re-open the app, It is working good

Actually, some data is being saved with onSavedInstaceState(). The data is not being deleted when process has been killed on LowMemory.
I fixed this with

Just do not call super class. Just comment like above

How can I make a fragment replace actionbar menu behavior?

Thanks to BaseActivity, the icon in my ActionBar is clickable. It toggles the Sliding Menu. When viewing a ScheduleItemFragment, I would like the icon to return to the previous item in the backstack (which you can see I'm trying to do.) No matter what I try, the icon always toggles the Sliding Menu. Any thoughts on how to guarantee my Fragment gains control of the ActionBar menu clicks?
you need to call setHasOptionsMenu(true); in onCreate, not onCreateView
also I'm interested what happens when you debug, does onOptionsItemSelected still get called?

now onOptionsItemSelected in the case of the home button getting press do this
