It can only store the image in the server and store the path in MySQL, but it is unable to store text. Please help me.

use

instead

Error when uploading image from gallery to server

I am getting a error when I try to run my application. I can start my application and pick the image but then the application crash. I really don't know what is wrong ?

I am building an app and at a certain point I need to upload an image to a server.
When I only put the image as a parameter, it all works perfectly but the problem is when I add the text, nothing happens. Here is my code

When I remove :

Send .txt file, document file to the server in android
