So , this is the Launcher activity when I start the application I check if someone is logged In or not but ParseUser.getCurrentUser() always returns a null I think. When I logIn and then close the application without logging out and start it again, getCurrentUser() again returns a null, but it is not supposed to. The logIn function is in another class called HumLogModel which I written below this one.

now the thing is i'd look to log out in my mean activity. in my reseachs i have been told that once logged out the api_key in DataSaver.getInstance(LoginActivity.this).save("api_key", loginResult.user_api_hash); should be null like api_key =null.also when i open the app it show that i am logged. i want to log out.here is my example on my_logout button i did this :

I am trying to implement login activity with Firebase under MVVM model. I use Firebase login with Email and Password to check whether or not a user exits in the database.
However, the method getCurrentUser always returns NULL at the first call. Meaning, when I type in the correct user name and password (which exists in the database) and click on Login button, the result that I get is NULL. But when I click on the second time, it will return the correct user ID. Please help me fix on this one. Thank you so much.

This might be a bug in the SDK. I suggest filing it on GitHub.
What you can do instead is use the AuthResult delivered to the onComplete callback, which should contain the current user object.

I want to implement sign up with two activities with the help of firebase, first sign up activity contains email mobile and password, and in this activity i want to check whether the entered email ID or mobile is registered or not, if it does not then move the data(i.e. email, mobile no. and password) to next activity where final registration will happen. The two methods which are present in the code i.e. userMobileExists() and userEmailExists() to check the email and mobile. But the problem is these are asynchronous so when I go to next activity then the Toast appear that email is already registered.
I am returning valid, if all the valid are true then it goes to next activity , I debugged it and it returns valid before going inside the method. It is because of asynchronous code, Please suggest something how it can be achieved on the first activity only. Or tell if I should provide the whole code.

You need to grasp the concept of callbacks. You cannot return a variable that's assigned asynchronously.
As a quick solution to your problem, start with an interface

Hello I'm new to Android development. I am currently trying to build a basic android application with Google's Firebase as its backend system.
I have a "Login with Facebook" button, whenever this button is clicked it opens up a dialog where the user enters his facebook credentials in order to get access to the application. When that's done, I want to store his email, name and id in Firebase if it's his first time logging in, if it's not his first time logging in I want to update his information.
I made a class called User (POJO) that I will use to represent this data. My problem is that I don't seem to know where to put the code that stores this information.

I downgraded firebase to 9.6.0 to avoid the Google Play Services errors and I saved the user after he signs in with his credentials in the handleFacebookAccessToken method.
i'm tryng to integrate facebook login in my android application. For now i get a new row in Parse Backend about the logged user which contains his real name, some weird value(ex:SnvvKEsIv6tX7...) in his userName, and an authData which is Json and contains the following values:
access_token, expiration date, id.
After debugging i got the url of the json response, it only contains two values, the name and the id, however i declared the list like this:

So for now the graph is only returnin two values, i thought it was due to the permissions but as i sayed i did declared. Here is my code:
